“My car got broken into during the night recently and everything was taken. My wallet, my ID cards. Its was devistating.They shattered my door window and cracked my windsheild in the process. Orange Blossom took care of me immediately. They called my insurance directly and charged me a fraction of what safelight would have. Props to Kevin and his partner. “Went to Crazy Verns Car Wash last night after passing by it several time before but never stopping. The green dinosaurs always grabbed my attention, plus the fact of how clean it looked. So I decide to stop and who do I have the pleasure of running into...Crazy Vern himself ! Very Personable Individual he is. He was all about making sure my first visit was the best, explaining the process and about the different brushes and about the quality of products he used. The history of the place is very interesting. He's been there for over 30 years. Place was spotless like the final rinse. 5 star visit , price was right and car looks great. “I did a replacement for the first time with safelite a few days ago, but it wasn’t a 5 star experience. The technician was SO friendly, but the glass wasn’t straight and I didn’t realize it til the next day. I got the warranty replacement with a technician named Brian 2 days later. He asked me if I had water leaks and for some reason, I never thought to check that. When I looked in my passenger side floor, there was a puddle. I totally understand people are only human and thanks to the warranty (which was easy to schedule, btw. No calling or waiting) this is why I don’t find it to be a big deal, also I hadn’t needed to really go anywhere for the week, so I was in no rush. My experience is 4 star but the technicians were so friendly that overall, I gave 5 star! Thank you Brian, you made sure my windshield was extremely straight! You do quality work, don’t ever change that, it makes a difference! I most likely will get my rear windscreen done with safelite too.”
