Terrible service, it took 2 years to fill out taxes. The first year everything was cool and the person who filled out my taxes was 100%. This year I filled out taxes, it took me a while to contact the person who filled out my taxes and he doesn't answer at all. Likewise, he wants to charge me for having paid me the taxes that have not yet arrived. I will not fill with you again; They have no professionalism, they are not attentive and they do not answer when you ask them a question.

They’re very helpful very polite, and it was a great process getting my taxes. I recommend getting them done with Jessica Guzman she was a great help for me and she did everything correctly. I also recommend this office for whoever else wants to get their taxes done because they will work with you. Great company and great workers. 5 star for sure very highly recommend them

Hi, my name is Fred I’m writing this review to tell other people that this company is a very good tax company Jessica Guzman what is my tax agent and I will continue to use her for the rest of my life and for the rest of her life, they were very quick, thorough and easy. It was like a 1 to 3 step process. It wasn’t too bad and I’ve been through a lot of tax agencies and they were just pains in the butt and this one right here is by far the best one I’ve ever had so I give them five stars. If you’re looking for a tax agency, this one is the one to use.

Do not do your taxes with these people they will steal your money and say they don’t have anything to do with your refund coming back differently then what they told you. Go somewhere else! Some place that doesn’t hide tax returns. Like people don’t already work hard! Never never again

Worst ever and extreme unprofessional how they get there license to do tax returns. Giving people the easy opportunity to commit fraud they refuse to fix my taxes and the husband and wife there are extremely rude. For those of you who are in the same situation let me know.BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS IF YOU FILE WOTH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE GOING RO GET YOU THEN SIGAR COATED OR IGNORE YOU. I SEE THIS PLACE SHUTTING DOWN SOON ONCE ALL THIS CATCHES UP TO THEM WHICH IT WILL. BE WARNED AND GO STROGHT TO THE IRS OR A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO FIX YOUR TAXES.WILL DO A FOLLOW UP POST. Made the process incredibly smooth, painless and easier. My tax consultant Jackie responded promptly to my questions via phone and was diligent in asking for more information to ensure I was filling everything properly. More amazing is the fact that I am a Massachusetts resident and still they were able to provide me with their services. I have dealt with a few tax accountants in recent years, and central Florida Tax Preparation has been outstanding in it's professionalism, experience, friendly and patient support. I even received a cash advance payment as fast as the next day after filing. All in all, I am very happy and will be using them every time from now on. I have recommended this office to my fellow employees and I want everyone to know that you can get the best services here.

Central Florida Tax Prep is the most professional tax office with the most highest refunds in Central Florida. With over 14 years of combined experience this is the only company that I trust to do my taxes. I've been coming here to do my taxes year after year and now I have the pleasure to be working for them. This was a picture of me and Bugatti 5 years ago after he got me back a maximum refund. He has been family to me ever since. I'm excited to be a part of the Central Florida tax prep family for many years to come. Definitely highly recommend in my opinion.
