Customer Service here is horrible. They do not answer their phones. Their ATM always has issues and there is no Drive through service at this location which means long lines to wait inside.

What a horrible experience I have had with this bank, I have already deposited my check twice and I have had to wait 15 days to have my money available. Zero stars. I do not recommend it.

Chase does not want my business. If they did, they would have someone to answer the phone at this branch. You can't even leave a message requesting a call back! Instead you are given an 800 number and the people answering do not know how to help me transfer 15k from my savings into a CD. After ten minutes he found another phone number for me to call which was a medical business. I will go in person and close both my accounts. I highly recommend DISCOVER BANK. It's online only, but the service is phenomenal and you can access a live account manager 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And they all speak clear English.

Julian provided excellent customer service, he was extremely kind and patient. He went out of his way to come to us to ask what assistance we needed and then proceeded to help us. Very knowledgeable associate and a true asset to JP Morgan Chase bank.

Horrible customer service. All the good employees left and now this branch turn ghetto. Also, the employees talk among each other ignoring customers. One star review is too good for this branch. Hopefully Chase hire better people.

I have been experiencing a fraud issue since last week and the fraud dept required me to send them documents to remove the restriction on my account. I went to the branch and a male representative (2nd cubicle to the right) made every excuse not to help me upload the documents to my profile and told me I needed to go fax them. First, it was: "Scanning documents (8pgs) takes a very long time to upload, and you're going to be here for a while." Then it was: "I have an appointment that's about to come in a few minutes." Then I asked well can someone else help me, "no you will need to go fax them so they can know the documents came directly from you", I told him: but sir I spoke with 3 representatives in that dept and they told me I needed to come to the branch to have you guys do it, him: "I'm sorry" and shrugs shoulders. Long story short I faxed the documents from Amscot that same evening (a week ago) and that dept "never" received them so they advised me I "needed" to go back to the branch so they can upload the documents. Went back today and a different male named Julian helped me with NOOOOO Problem. He was very kind, thorough, and helpful! He literally took the documents scanned them into my Chase profile, called a rep from the fraud team to advise he scanned them in, then re-scanned and emailed the documents to that rep directly, and he did all this in about 40min. He literally did what I asked the other guy to do last week and while I was there the other guy(1st one) was on his personal phone in his cubicle having non-work related conversations and did not help 1 guest the whole time I was there. I give Julian 5 stars, he should be the one in the cubicle!!!! But as for the branch as a whole, I was very dissatisfied and disappointed because all of this could have been done last week when I came the first time.

Stellar service by Nery Ortiz, helping me and my adult son open Chase bank accounts. We were walk-ins and got lucky - it’s recommended that people set an appointment for faster service.We were hesitant at first after reading the bad reviews but the staff at this Chase branch were great. Keep it up. ?

There’s never enough staff and there are extremely long waits even for private clients. The staff either isn’t knowledgeable at all or OVERLY cautious requiring more documents than necessary to get things done. There’s no consistency here. Don’t waste your time, because they will do it for you if you seek services outside of a standard teller.

I have only had good experiences here. I have been able to wire money and do other things that other locations require an appointment which is annoying or you have to wait forever. They have gone out of their way to help me and get me in and out quickly.
