Absolutely horrendous staff, disrespectful straight dark brown haired woman, with tan skin. Clearly Puerto rican descent not that is the problem though. She clearly doesn’t know how to act appropriately. She was weirdly to nice at first then suddenly became a monster disrespecting me because i forgot a piece of documentation at home. I noted i was sorry and i was sick but regardless she berated me along with my mother. Like first off, this person knows who she is, you know you deserve to be fired. Absolutely horrendous serpent. I am sick and ill and to get treated like absolute basuda is just something I wasn’t going to tolerate, i bit my tongue because i was in the back of my head in utter shock. Ive never felt so done with my life and embarrassed. Not just for myself but for this worker who clearly doesn’t deserve her job. Sidenote, this location interior is so small and there is an extreme lack of decor.

Worst experience in banking, it’s incredible that to open an account you have to wait long time and waste your time, customer service is bad very bad BIG NO FOR THIS ONE, please just go to another bank and forget about chase because all of them in this area are BAD

Totally wasted of time. I came to opened a business account and they scheduled us for the wrong time. There is a lot of miscommunication and they don’t care about their customers.

Today I visited two branches of this bank, as a new customer to open a personal checking account. Both branches were empty and according to the employees who received me, they couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment. As a reminder, nowhere does it say that an appointment is required to open a personal account. Both branches suggested appointments for other days or to open the account online. I explained to both branches that the website is not user friendly, and that apparently they were not interested in my business. guess? I tried to open the account, and I couldn't. I guess I will bring my business to another financial institution. Horrendous customer service.

They deserve zero stars. I have been trying to open an account for the benefit of my mother for 2 weeks now. 7 trips to this branch. First they wouldn’t accept the approval letter from the Social Security Administration, they wanted a POA. The employee who scanned my POA did not verify and only scanned half of the pages. A week later having received no call from the I stopped by and was asked if the POA was sent in its entirety. Of coarse! 1.5 weeks goes by back to the bank and he then responds to his accounts dept that the POA was complete. That afternoon he calls back the POA is still incomplete! I verify my POA and realize HE DIDNT copy it correctly…. These people have made me waste 2 weeks!!! Waiting for them.They have no idea what they are doing!!! Today they call saying they can’t accept the POA…..a POA completely legal, prepared by a licensed attorney.Should have stayed away from this place. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to representative payee accounts. ????This branch sucks!Florida law states you can have 2 co-agents on a POA.

I might have to close this account. The drive thru ATM never works and I've noticed Chase is doing away with those at certain locations. If I wanted to bank online I would've stood with my old bank.

Worst Branch Ever. Never fails with the ATM issues. Today the drive through is closed but you won’t notice until you drive to the back and see it taped up.

They never answer the phone, they don't allow walkins if you need to talk to someone over issues with ur account and they barley have apts available. Also they don't offer a temp card and you can wait 10 to 15 days just to get your card. I had so much issues, couldn't pay my bills, couldn't do anything because not every place accepts samsung pay or apple pay and this bank is just very annoying and hard to bank with.
