I went to this branch and there was only one teller, whom was taking way too much time to take care of a customer with an apparent issue. Meanwhile there was an employee talking, and talking to the security, instead of helping out with the line of at least 8 individuals. I stood in the line for over 15 minutes. The line didn't moved, and when I finally decided to leave, the teller was still with the same customer. I wasted my lunch time there, and couldn't do my transaction, which required a live person to the care of. I will never stop at this branch, ever again!

The service here is unacceptable!!! Waited over 45 min just to do a wire transfer and I just had to leave due to the wait. That’s ridiculous!!!!

If you can avoid going to the bank then do it. I went because I wanted to open an account and I thought it would be easier than do it online but I was wrong. The guy that took care of me was really rude, first saying that if I didn't have an appointment we couldn't do anything and then asking me for information that it wasn't necessary to opening the account! I felt really bad when I left and a few days later I tried to open it online and I didn't have any problem or needed to put anything that he asked me in the first place.

They need to fix the sensor box outside that reads customer’s cards to they have access to the inside ATM. It’s ridiculous having to waiting in a 7 car line for the outside ATM. Most chase banks I’ve been to at least have this benefit for chase customers.

The experience we had at this Chase was unacceptable. We came in & they were of no help. Understandably the representative we were dealing with had an appointment that he informed us on. But rather than politely telling us that he can find someone else to assist us or schedule an appointment for another time to be seen, he did a poor job of trying to assist us. We had to visit another Chase bank to finish what we originally went in for, only for the other Chase bank to tell us that what we were requesting for was simple & quick to complete. I do no recommend this Chase, learn how to properly take care of customers in an efficient way. If you weren’t properly trained to do so, then just say that. They wasted our time.

Worse customer experience ever in a bank. Needed to have an appointment to open an account and they don't take walk ins even tho the lobby seemed empty and employees were inside their rooms chatting and not doing anything. On top of that, when you have a moment to talk to them they say they need to attend to a meeting, weird... The speed of movement were sloooooowwwwww... I had faster and better customer service elsehwereAnyways, I would not recommend this place for banking services

Horrible service,long lines ,one teller on duty always but have 3 Employees greeting as you enter and roaming the floor, service in minority areas is minimal go somewhere else ,employees will sit down in office and watch you on line and smile as line grows ,

Both drive thru atm are hardly ever open and working at the same time, leading to a long line of cars wrapped around the awkward parking lot. Inside atm not open after bank hours.

Its convenient but the worse Chase location ever. Its always closed early to the point you can’t access inside to take money out and choose your bills. You always have to be outside to get cash and always has to be $20 bills… its annoying.. they shouldn’t have even built this here.

I've been to this location 3 or 4 times and haven't had any issues so reading the bad reviews confused me. This bank isn't in the best location, yes, and there isn't enough parking on busy days. That much is true. However the staff is more than helpful. If the line gets long, they open another window. I'm always greeted when I walk in by both employees of the bank and by the security officer and they have yet to not be able to answer my questions.I suggest going during morning hours. It's a business... I don't know what to say, hours are listed on the door. Get there early.

Chase banks are usually pretty good. They have plenty of friendly and helpful staff.But not this one. Can't even open a checking account unless I make an appointment...

In bank ATM is inaccessible because you can't get in thr building with the card reader. I tried scanning my card and inserting. Ok see I head to the ATM. It's having technical difficulties. What's the point of building a brand new facility and customers can not access it outside of banking hours. Convenience. Do better chase..
