This is more for Walmart.com. Lastnight I spent 45 online placing an order for in store pickup. I have only used this a few times before but I did not have a lot of time this weekend to grocery shop and thought I would place an order. So my total was 98.00 and I placed my order for pickup for the next day. 2 min later I get an email from Walmart that my order was canceled for suspicion of fraud. I called to find out what the issue was and of course I get a Customer service person in India that I could not really understand and has no idea what I'm talking about. I find out that my 98.00 will be refunded in 5-7 business days. So you take my money immediate, cancel my order and then take a week to give back. The lady says I can reorder tomorrow but it will take a pier 98.00 from my account. I think that is horrible service and as far as I'm concerned Walmart.com can shove it. I will never use them again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! There was an discrepancy with the patrons purchased goods. A pair of shoes were missing. When they got home they noticed they were not in there bag. The customer was of Taiwan decent and I saw it was hard for them to communicate. We explained we went back to the store and explained what happened. We asked for a manager and lady named Tati came and said "The security camera saw you take the shoes". We asked to see the footage but she rudely walked away. No explanation, nothing. We still needed help with other issues with the recipe but she turned her back on us and just walked away. We saw her moseying around talking to other people prior to our experience with her. Mind you we waited for this so called manager for 45 minutes! Walmart is horrible and we will never shop here again. This is not the way you should treat customers. Shame on you!

I've been a Walmart plus customer for two years. Not anymore after this! I'll pay a little extra and go to Publix or order from Amazon because Walmart delivery is so unreliable. They say before Christmas Eve I placed an order for a laser printer, desert pies for my Christmas dinner and a few children's presents for my grandchildren coming for dinner.Walmart delivered my printer at 8am but they didn't deliver the rest of my order. I received a text to let me know they were gonna be a few hours late. I called the store and spoke with the manager in charge of delivery. they promised that I would be the next person that they delivered to... That was it 2:00 PM... By 530 it never arrived... and they closed for Christmas.I guess you do get what you pay for ... oops, I paid for it and I didn't get it, but they will give me the money back. Ba humbug to this Walmart!

I only wish I could do no stars. My wife is disabled and requires a scooter to shop. We have been to this location 3 FREAKING TIMES and none of the scooter's work. A shame that big money couldn't give a shit about disabled people. I will not shop at this Walmart or any other. I would pay more money shopping at Target and Publix but at least their scooters always work. I am also contacting the American Disabled Association and filing a complaint to this store and the one on 192 because neither of them have scooters worth a shit. If your disabled and require a scooter, go to Target

DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR HERE! The automotive center will take your money, ruin your car, and then they will tell you "sorry, there is nothing we can do"My story. I got a flat tire. I went to Walmart for a quick fix, but the "mechanic" there highly recommended I purchase 3 new tires because all of the tires were "pretty bad" according to him (one of the tires was replaced a month earlier). I told him I did not have the money right now, but he went on to say I really needed 3 new tires or I could be in danger. So, I purchased the 3 tires and the warranty he sold me on that meant I could go to any Walmart location in the country if anything happened to the tires. GREAT.Last week, I was driving home in the rain and my car started sliding. I thought it was nothing but it continued to happen and I was drifting across all 3 lanes of traffic. I had to slow down, put on my hazards to avoid hurting myself and others. Anyway, I looked at the tires when I got home and the two front tires were almost bald on one side (down to the threads) and practically brand new on the outside. I took the car to Walmart on my first day off from work and the employee outside argued with me for 30 minutes about my alignment and that it was an alignment issue and Walmart doesn't do alignments. I told him that it's fine and I would go get an alignment somewhere else, but I would need the two tires replaced first, then go get it aligned. He FINALLY gave in and went inside to check inventory and came back out a while later just to say, "we are out of stock". I said, it's fine, I can leave the car here and come back tomorrow. To which he replied, "I cant order the tires, you have to". WHAT? I asked him how I would do that and he said it's all explained online and they were closing. I tried to get more answers but after being there for 45 minutes with no progress, I went home and looked online. There were no way of ordering the tires without paying for them. So I called the store, it rang for 5 minutes then hung up. I tried again a few hours later, same result. I tried again the next morning, same result. So I called Walmart Customer Service for all their stores and they were very sorry and said they would have this problem taken care of and the General Manager of the entire store would call me and apologize and work it all out. However I had to wait 2-3 business days. So, I waited. I ubered to and from work since my car was unsafe to drive. This morning I received a call from the store and the man on the phone was AWFUL. He just kept repeating "we don't do alignments". I explained to him that before Walmart put the tires on, my alignment was fine. I was going through tires once every 3-4 years. Walmart put NEW tires on and they last 4 months. Also, when they installed the new tires, NO ONE told me I needed an alignment or that I should get one. So, as a customer, I assumed my car was good to go with brand new tires. I explained all this to the man on the phone and he did not care at all. He just kept saying, it's not our policy. I tried explaining how crazy it is to sell someone brand new tires and less then half a year later, they are unsafe to drive and I did nothing at all. Is it fair that I spent all this money on brand new tires just to now have to go buy new tires from somewhere else AND have them give me an alignment. It's asinine. I WOULD AVOID THIS WALMART AT ALL COSTS. IT'S A CRIME THAT THEY CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY, RUIN YOUR CAR, ENDANGER YOUR LIFE, MAKE YOU TAXI TO WORK AND DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WITH NO REMORSE. It's disgusting. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Thank God it was only two tires and not something serious under the hood or elsewhere. Save yourself some piece of mind and go ANYWHERE else for your automotive needs.

I haven't been in this location in quite some time because there's several that are actually closer to me. There are some items I had been looking for and haven't been able to find recently. I did an extensive search online with Walmart which is really difficult because of the way their website is set up. I was able to locate some of the items at this location which was the closest one to me that had them. Since some of them were not available for delivery it just made sense to go in. We had appointments up the road from it so it was more convenient to stop in and do our shopping. I was able to find a couple of vitamin supplements in the pharmacy area and then we spent the rest of our time in grocery. One of the things I've been looking for is Jenni-o Turkey Italian sausage. They had two packages left on the shelf that were going out of date so I bought them both and brought them home and cook them immediately. I also found a few other items and I was happy to see that this location still has a bulk section with some of the larger packaging on certain foods. All in all it was a very good shopping experience even though they were extremely crowded and parking was a little difficult. I can't go to this location often but since they do carry items that are no longer available in a lot of the stores I will probably be stopping through on occasion as other stores in the area also do not carry several of the items I've looked for.

We came here in search of dinosaur porridge. We'd never heard of the stuff until we arrived in Los Angeles when we decided to contact home to see if grandkids had any requests - and it was dinosaurs, dinosaur porridge, Japanese toys and sports clothing with the name of one Mr Le Bron James who at that point was as unknown to us as dinosaur porridge. The store was busy, and the staff were diligent on covid measures, masks and using sanitizer. No doubt the staff here are poorly paid, lack proper medical insurance and can't risk unpaid absence from work. We searched around but couldn't find the porridge even though we had a photograph of the lime green box. One of the good folks we met on NCL Bliss googled the stuff and we took a picture from his phone. We got an employee who didn't have a word of English, and through ridiculous gestures and the photo we followed him right to the place the porridge lay. We were looking for a big box and had walked by the small cartons a few times. As I walked through the store I was so grateful for Marks & Spencer. They are light years ahead of Walmart, particularly in terms of food quality, freshness and choices. I couldn't reconcile either the high cost for the produce against the often poor and average quality particularly breads, cakes, hams, cheeses. Anything of actual quality was outrageously expensive. The smell from the in-house Subway didn't help either as I find it a nauseous smell. We did other in-store shopping and the worst part of it was the check out queue - had the lady gone any slower she would have fallen asleep. Anyway alls well that ends well: 6 cartons of porridge acquired (turns out Publix was nearly $1.5 dearer for the same item). We got the Mr L B James garb in LA (number 23) but we found in Orlando 6 weeks later that this guy was now no 6. So we got no 6 there. We also got the Japanese ninja toys and a few dinosaurs too. Our luggage grew by 3 more cases by the time we boarded the plane for home.
