I needed an accessory for my iPhone, I showed my iPhone to the Salesperson and she sold me the wrong one. The very next day, I went back to the store to exchange the accessory, but the same salesperson denied to exchange the accessory for me. She said that they do not exchange accessories. I just lost about $32.00 in that store. I do not recommend cricket wireless store, they are helpless.
Store located on Simpson and Fortune road in Kissimmee.

I never bought a phone and a plan and the equipment lasted 3 months, it was rebuilt and it had no guarantee at the time and the Colombian employees and manager were poorly educated and rude, they don't know how to treat people because they are trash people 🗑

Marelys (I am so sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) was so amazing and so incredibly patient and helpful during my visit.I felt more at ease with her help, and like she genuinely wanted to help me resolve the phone issue I was having.She is incredibly nice and I would not mind making the drive to this location just because of the excellent customer service provided.Thank you!!

The service was too good… Ismarieli helped me find the best phone for me, he explained all the offers to me with great patience and transferred all the information from the old phone to the new one. I arrived to make a payment and left with a new phone. Thanks for everything. Excellent client service. 100% recommended.

We drove to this particular store, which seemed empty, I purchased a phone, which of course comes with a screen protector. I couldn't for the life of me understand why this manager named Amanda has this position, when she tried, I kid you not, four times to attach the screen protector. I offered to put it on myself and she refused. She peeled it on and off and could not get it straight and like 20 air bubbles. She even had to put one as damaged goods and had to start over again with another. I see now why the store was empty...
