I’ve been doing weights at home for years with guided programs and wanted a change. Decided to give CrossFit MDG a try and it has been a great experience. I love the family-like environment from everyone, and the coaches are amazing. The new movements are difficult, but they do a great job giving modifications to make them easier when it’s needed. I’m 51 years old and am loving it.

You have to complete each workout with a positive attitude and work at your own pace! Loved the workouts! No complaints on Jose the owner, or the other trainers including Alex, Miriam, Mayra! They all had great attitudes! however I found it hard to click with the owners wife. She rolls her eyes a bit much, I didn’t feel welcomed or included at her presence. Other than that workouts are awesome! And they help you on your forms, postures. Great price and great location!
