On line renting is so easy, and fast. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful and responsive.
Facility is well lit and very clean.
Lastly its in a good neighborhood and close to home.

Customer service good, taking care of items good. The problem was that after hurricane milton passed, they closed ( no surprise ), but then did not provide any information as to when it would open or the process they would go through to open the location. Were they still inspecting the buildings first? When would they have an answer? No one knew anything, from customer service to all other departments. For a time there, i really thought they would close the store indefinitely and there was nothing i could do. Luckily, they opened. Si, if u want a higher rating, let customers in the loop as u try to reopen locations. Thank you
