I had an excellent experience at this storage location. The staff was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process of setting up my unit. They made sure I had the right space to accommodate all my belongings and were very accommodating from start to finish. Outstanding service and professionalism—highly recommended!

Downsized my unit and the process was quick and easy. Facility is always clean and staff is friendly. Sometimes the motion sensor lights near the units could stay on longer as it can get dark if further down an aisle.

I move to Kissimmee from Orlando a year and a half ago. My wife and i have move alone since our 6 kids already move so we move from a 4 room house to a 2 rooms apartment. We ask for the best place to storage so many things that are memories and also part of our lives. We found the perfect place here a clean, safe and with everything like carts to move our stuff big elevators and safety way to access our unit. Climate controlled and most of everything their staff on site specially Dena Schaefer the store manager who help us a lot. Not 5 instead 10 star.

Dena was very polite and knowledgeable. The facility was very nice, clean, and easy to navigate. Bathrooms nearby on each floor make it even better. Although this is my first week leasing a unit, so far it seems like a very great place to store your stuff.

This is a great storage facility! Dena is so friendly and has been very helpful in our whole moving and storage experience. The units are clean and the temperature control units are exactly as advertised. I would recommend Extra Space Storage.

Dena is always very helpful and friendly. You can store items at several places in my area, what makes the difference is the staff and she is great! Get staff and clean location.
