Ever since Navarro company took over this pharmacy it's custom service has gone downhill. My prescriptions were sitting in the pharmacy for 2 weeks. I did not receive notifications of any kind that they were ready for pickup. I called for 2 weeks to confirm if they were ready. No answer to calls left voicemail, no return call. Finally went in person to verify if they were there and ready for pickup. Only to get the response that they returned them cause no one went to pick the meds up, and that I would have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for my meds because they are out of stock. UNBELIEVABLE, NEVER USING THIS PHARMACY AGAIN...................

I waited 20 minutes at the perfume area, and had even told them I had been waiting and if they could attend me prior to the 20 minute mark. They did absolutely nothing and only called their manager who also did absolutely nothing--- the manager didn't even approach us. Horrible service this place doesn't even deserve one star, I'm only putting one to place this review. They only prioritized people who were in the normal shopping counter the entire time.

Yo need to avoid this place!! They give you the bad meter, and they don’t respond, they make you waste hours and don’t solve it, avoid the inconvenience of coming here with such inefficient people

If I could give this place no stars at all I absolutely would. The staff in pharmacy are absolutely awful with filling prescriptions within the same day of receiving wether it’s for a child an adult or elderly,failing to notify and order prescription when they are out and they let you wait a day go try to pick up then tell you they don’t have it,there is always more than a 30 minute wait in drive through or inside it does not matter, my family and I were members of this cvs for many many years and now that it is a Navarro it is absolutely horrible and not worth anything. Please don’t use this pharmacy if you care about your family’s and your own health.

If I can give less then one star I would. This CVS the most unprofessional I have ever been to. In additional they didnt let a pregnant women use the restroom.

Terrible service, very slow, few staff, wait almost 1 hour in line to pick up. I don't put 0 because you don't have the option. I'm definitely changing pharmacies.

There is very little customer service at the pharmacy. There is always a considerate amount of customers picking up their prescriptions with just one associate taking care of them. Its awful the amount of time spent in line. I've been going to the same pharmacy for over 25 years and it was never like this. Definitely considering going to another pharmacy. The associates seem so unhappy here. It's a shame.

I like Navarro pharmacies because you can find Hispanic and Spanish products. But, this location has one huge problem. The restrooms are kept lock. Which is inconvenient. But I was hoping it was in an effort to keep the facilities sanitize. Man! Was I wrong! I really needed to use the restroom, when I finally was able to get the key after a long wait. They have two restrooms. One for staff members only. And one for buyers. The one for customers is nasty! I was afraid to use that facility because I didn't want my feces to get dirty. Yes! It is that nasty! There is literally human feces on the floor.
They need to open the other restroom designated for staff only. And use it to have a females only restroom. As a man I can go #1 standing up. I can't imagine what women feel when they see such an unsanitary restroom when they go in.
Management needs to address this issue pronto!
