Pharmacy technician, Joy Luis was absolutely outstanding! He was courteous, professional, and thorough in his demeanor. This is the type of team member that our community needs. I applaud Joy Luis. I have been given defective needles and wrong type of needles. No one answers the phone now just a voicemail system. I have requested refills in the app. It nevers gets fulfilled.

The pharmacy assistants at this location pride themselves on service at a glacial pace. At the drive thru they take the effort to tell you they are serving the customer in the other lane, and then will do absolutely nothing for you until they are completely finished with the other lane. If they ask to talk to the pharmacist, you will have to wait for that to be finished until you are acknowledged. Save time and get your prescriptions elsewhere.

If you need a nebulizer machine do not go here. It takes them 2 days to order and get there.

The staff in the pharmacy department at CVS near partin settlement Kissimmee, FL they’re horrible. Some of them are so unprofessional. So many other people I know for a fact has issues with them. They need to hire a new set of individuals. Some that has proper customer service skills and training.

It should not take over 6 hrs to get a prescription filled then still not be able to get it 2 hours after that so over 8 hrs and still do not have my prescription and tomorrow is a holiday so will be over 24hrs to get a antibiotic prescription filled

okay short story short don't go here, at least don't get your prescriptions here. if you want to shop at CVS that's up to you. But these people are trying to be everything to everybody and that means your prescriptions are slow and staffing is low. equipment, meaning the drive-thru is not working half the time. so you're behind people trying to get covid test while you're just picking up a prescription.--- I started this review on a CVS website. It's funny but at no point did they say I would be reverted to a Google website. That's their mistake. Google tells me I have 35,000 something views of my reviews. I don't think CVS would've sent me here after the review I gave them on their own website supposedly. Anyway short story short .don't go here. Too late to keep it short sorry. I did warn you ? by the way CVS if you're still monitoring the fault is not with the employees! It is that you have failed to provide them with enough tools for the task that you have set for them. For example working drive through Lanes. More than one clerk at the counter the pharmacy counter.
