CVS is a multi-billion dollar company where the administration is more interested in stuffing their pockets instead of getting more help for their employees. On the store level, the workers are understaffed and overworked. There is no reason why I am behind 3 cars and it takes over 30 minutes to get to the window. What is going on? The wait time in store also tends to be long. Please consider implementing a new pickup policy as well as treating your employees better. By the way, pizza and sandwiches are not the best way to show your employees that you care. Do better!

I was concerned about using this pharmacy because of all the bad reviews but I'm glad I went anyway. The pharmacist was cordial, thorough, and polite. There was no long line there was no hassle. I will continue to use this pharmacy!

Terrible service!! Almost one hour wait in drive through to pick up one prescription!! Understaffed and they don't care! Upper management has ruined a once good pharmacy! Sad!

The reviews are horrendous, and it's not surprising. CHRISTOPHER HABBA is the first pharmacist I have ever seen or experienced behaving rudely, unkindly, and disrespectfully in my 60+ years of life. My family members have used this pharmacy in the past and will no longer do so. This is because Christopher's treatment is horrendous, and he lacks dignity and care for patients, individuals, and, most importantly, human beings.The pharmacist, Christopher, does not fit the profile of a passionate and morally kind professional who should serve in a low-income community such as Kissimmee/Poinciana. My goal is to ensure that the treatment rendered by this pharmacist ceases immediately by reporting him to the Florida Board of Pharmacy.Please find his license number below if you would like to report him as well.LICENSE #: PS63298I have seen him treat patients, including my family members, in a manner inappropriate for a healthcare professional.There is no doubt about his evil intent, as others have said.I will get to the bottom of this and encourage you to do the same.

I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 22 minutes. They do not answer the phone. EVER. I have been waiting for amoxicillin for almost 32 hours now?

Wait times for phone calls are not acceptable. I tried to renew an RX on line but could not because it stated I had to contact the pharmacy. After 3 days and 5.5 hours on phone hold, I had to go to the store to renew the RX. I emailed the pharmacist with no response.

After encountering issue after issue on my end with my families schedule - this CVS came through right when I needed to get a last minute flu shot before visiting my nephew. Shout out to Wender B. - who really took to heart me and my fiancés concerns - and with any issue that arose for us due to insurance/scheduling/logistics was sure to find an alternative solution. Thanks again for your help!

CVS 4500 Pleasant Hill Rd, absolutely the worst business passing itself off as a pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Still waiting for them to film something from 2 weeks ago. You have a better chance getting your medications from Wish or some back alley guy in a trench coat than you do here.

I came to the store at 4500 Pleasant Hill Rd. to picked up at the pharmacy, after waiting for a few minutes in line, the clerk pharmacist finish to help a customer at the counter knowing that I was few feet away from them at the line, just turn around and closed the rolling doors without saying anything. I was really surprised by the way this store treats customers. My wife is the one to regularly get the medication for our son. Is my first time here and was not aware of the 1:30 pm closing for lunch and I can understand that. But instead Closed in my face without any questions or concerns, not even acknowledge me is a total lack of customer service. Been disrespectful to customers not going to help any business.Thank you CVS for reminding me that at Walgreens we never had this kind of treatment. Customers are the reason why business are open, not need to treat us like trash.

Their phone system is useless. They haven't answered their phone in over four months. Their vaccination reservations are useless. Their app is another disaster.

CVS Pharmacy is very hard to deal with. They promise and do not deliver anything. I just moved here from the St. Cloud area and decided to try CVS. All it took was one mistake which lasted over 3 weeks. In the meantime I was trying to transfer all my meds back to Publix Pharmacy. It got to the point where all my meds were misplaced or put back on the shelves. I was finally successful once I gathered up what meds I had and took them all to Publix. The Tech there did everything that was needed to correct the mistake that CVS made. I am now doing alright. I will not go back to CVS. They are not professional at all.
