I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS, located at 3300 Pleasant Hill Road, due to the poor customer service from the manager, Krissy. I was trying to exchange an item, and instead of assisting me in a helpful and professional manner, she was dismissive and unhelpful. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but as a manager, she should maintain a level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with customers. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at this location.

This cvs need better management and staff who knows what they are doing and not lazy. They can’t transfer script from another cvs, can’t take payments and need people who are motivated to work. Not this pharmacy. They are slow and don’t want to help. Even the Dr’a writing the script are saying they are having problems with this CVS. They don’t return calls. Seems like this office need people who knows what they are doing and trained better.
When you go up to pick the medication they tell you oh wait it’s not filled to go in another line.they can’t help with that meanwhile it’s the pharmacy they are all working with. They don’t seem to like their job. Get people who wants to work.

Went to pick up pictures. The clerk obviously can't read English. Waited 20 mins. Then the clerk took another person getting pictures that she could find.
The man found mine at the same time he found the other ladys and the ignorant clerk rang up the woman before me purposely , after I waited 20 mins.
I get my prescriptions here, I'm now changing to Walgreens.
This store is ALWAYS a nightmare anytime you go there.
Family run and running it right down the drain !
They don't speak English and cater to Spanish.
And their store is a hot mess, unorganized, RUDE and I hope they close !
To the ignorant cashier, you're not doing the business any favors ! Realize there's a thousand other stores ppl can shop at! Customer service should ALWAYS be first in any business !
Without us(customers) you have NO business !

It took 3 voicemails to receive a call back. When I did it was we minutes off my time wasted. I'm afraid to let these people fill my prescriptions at this point. First person tells me I don't have any Rx there and after I tell her I can see it showing in the app she finds not 1 but 2 of them. The one has no refills, that was called in last week, that I never picked up, that's a brand new prescription. After going back and forth I ask to speak to someone else who doesn't see the Rx at all. I will drive out the way to never have to deal with this level of poor customer service again.

I had a very bad experience with a worker, the cashier named david was so rude, I was asking him questions and he seemed like he was annoyed by me, he was very rude with me, he shouldn't work there if he isn't willing to talk with customers, if I didn't need the things I went for, I would have never brought them and just left. I won't be coming there again.

If I could, I would give this CVS 0 stars. As soon as I walked in the employees there were eyeing me constantly as if I was going to steal something. Then at the checkout, there was one guy ahead of me and the woman at the cash register looked at me, then proceeded to say some inappropriate things about me as if I didn’t speak Spanish myself. I did ignore it though because all I wanted was my juice and some cash back to prepare me for work. After she checked him out, she looked at me then left the checkout line. After she came back 3 minutes later, she was talking to another customer whom she proceeded to checkout before me. I didn’t have the time to argue or anything, I just put the juice back and left. I don’t ever write reviews but in all my life I have never been racially profiled and I didn’t think I would ever experience this kind of hostility at a pharmacy from the employees on top of it all. I’m not sure how my skin automatically makes me qualify to be a criminal. I show no signs of that and I’ve been a first responder for some time now. I guess the reality is, none of that matters when you are trained to see a group of people a certain type of way and I did not like that experience at all.

Bad customer service from the supervisor, she had a very bad attitude and manipulated the coupons so I can pay more than previously quoted or expected to pay.

Hispanic Katherine should not be working as a pharmacy assistant; She is an inhumane woman with clients. The elderly should be treated with compassion; a word that woman doesn't know.
