Terrible drive thru I waited 40 minutes and there was only one car in front of me , once I got to the window the ladies where chichating with some guy , and ignored me completely

In the pharmacy area some employees are so rude. You call to ask for your medication refill, they tell you to come by in two hours and when you go to pick it up they are out of stock. You ask what options you have and the super professional answer is “well, i can’t give you something that i don’t have!!!” With attitude! So unprofessional!! People like this should stay at home because they are definitely not trained to work with the public.

Worst pharmacy ever. They take forever to come to the drive-through window. The pharmacy techs all have attitudes. The store is absolutely filthy. I’m definitely taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

This cvs needs help, new motivating management and some serious marketing changes !! So many things wrong here !The pharmacy is always backed up, there is only one nice woman in the pharmacy and she works the drop off ? if she worked the pickup I am positive the line would move faster. Every month the same woman tells me she can’t find my prescription sends me to drop off and the drop off woman pulls it up ever time ! It’s ridiculous !! They all take their lunch break at the same time, so people like me who have one shot at grabbing their prescriptions on my lunch break have to figure something else out. The line takes longer than a lunch break to get through drive thru or in store. The pharmacist needs some real help. He is a very nice man who is over whelmed as anyone would be in his situation.There is new construction which means more people so if this cvs wants to keep up your going to have to make some serious changes !! First your store manager and assistant manager are never around, their rude and dismissive look at todays pharmacy line around 12 you will see them walk right past a huge line, they don’t acknowledge anyone or help. I worked at a cvs in NJ and a Walgreens NY NJ & FL there is no reason your store manger or assistant can’t get on a register. Your products are outdated and over priced, you barely carry anything for African American hair. Your marketing is horrible, your deals aren’t making anyone want to come in, your store inside and out isn’t welcoming in anyway

I honestly believe CVS doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or feedback! It doesn’t matter how many people they killed and profited on from opiates, as long as they made a profit! It really doesn’t matter how much time you spend in their store waiting on prescriptions! It honestly doesn’t matter if they are marking up products to get significant profit for investors over people’s health! It’s not their responsibility to check if your insured! But ya we can employ 10 pharmacists for the price less than an automated system that outputs your prescriptions in less than 5 minutes! Nothing like the true example of American capitalism using Americans time and wages on their own profits for their investors! This is the second worst location in the whole of Florida to get a prescription filled! Be ready for over inflated prices, hour wait lines, and completely unprofessional store management, that’s with health insurance applied! I can only imagine how bad their service and costs are without insurance! Buyer beware! PS you can pay 2 dollars for flavored infant medication knowing they won’t take the base flavor!

worst possible service imaginable. you call and they leave you on hold until they close. Everytime they send you the prescription to this pharmacy nothing is in stock and they "place an order" for it and never get it in. I have been waiting for my medications for over two months. go anywhere else for your meds because this place does not care about your health. their pharmacist are rude and condescending. they act like you going to pick up your prescriptions is an inconvenience to them. be prepared to be yelled at and told that they can't help you. They love to jeep your prescriptions on hold and not fill them for you.

Thank you I truly appreciate you. And I just want to say whoever hired you thank you you made a very wise choice. She's a beautiful soul.

This pharmacy used to be great, but now they’re full of pharmacy staff that literally care nothing about the people who depend on them. They make minimal effort to fill prescriptions in a timely manner and no longer answer telephones.

If I can give zero stars I would. been on hold on the phone for more than two hours and the call just automatically drops. Called multiple times and has always been the same thing. It's crazy

The pharmacist I spoke to was not helpful at all. I needed additional prescription medical devices for my 4 year old while on vacation (we packed extra but the pool chemicals made it fall off their body on top of the heat and sweat). Our nurse sent in an order so the pharmacy just had to transfer the prescription and fill it.The pharmacist’s incompetence was only exceeded by his indifference. They didn’t have any in stock so he said they would order them and have them tomorrow. I go to the CVS the next day and he’s not in. Another tech, Katherine, had to tell me that when they order prescriptions it takes at least 2 days to get them. The pharmacist gave me incorrect information for an urgently needed medical device to keep my child alive. Fortunately, Katherine cared enough to help me find another CVS with the items in stock.

Not sure what's up here, over the last couple of months the service at the pharmacy has declined to the point where they don't even answer the phones, leave you on hold for 7-15 min or longer and even pick up and hang up immediately. Not sure if they had changes in staff or management but whatever they have done has made this location go from barely acceptable to worse. Call and ask for the manager and they transfer to never ending hold to only repeat the cycle of not getting anyone on the phone or someone hanging up on you. Time to switch pharmacy or sign up for mail order through insurance, SMH, shame on CVS FOR ALLOWING THIS.

They are fairly convenient. I do seem to run into issues more often then not but I cant point the finger at them alone its the insurance and drug companies more the cvs but the staff could still use some customer service training.

Went threw the drive thru didn't wait long got my meds then the lady gave me the meds and just left not even have a nice day or nothing i worked in retail if we were even rude to our customer we would have to hear it from out Manager that's not good all it takes is one sec then move on period was not happy at all for this type of customer service.
