Just left this CVS, and had a horrible experience with one of the store associates (young tall guy with curly brown hair and glasses. No name tag). His attitude sucks. First, I needed help finding something. He tells me where it is, but makes me feel stupid when I couldn’t find it. He needs to learn how to be pleasant and speak nicer to people! Then, I waited and waited to get help at the self-checkout. No one came, so I had to get him to come help me. Again, he spoke with me in a demeaning tone.
Dude, you work with customers…quit or change your personality! Never coming to this store at night again if I have to deal with this kind of customer service.

Horrible cashiers. The store looked filthy . Worst experience I have had all year . The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude . I would never shop in any cvs again in my life .

Came to this store #4128 to find out the status of my prescription and was frustrated by the answer that the cashier that waited on me was giving me. I asked to speak to the pharmacist (Amanda) and she stepped in and corrected the software issue that prevented me from getting the medication I needed. If she had not.....I would forever have been in an endless loop in their system and never receive the med! She was so apologetic and corrected the system mistake and I was able to get the medication I needed without delay. The care she showed was way over the top in helping me, that I will continue to use this CVS in the future. Good job Amanda! Your helpfulness was appreciated!!

Cvs located in the KISSIMMEE Loop, excellent service from its staff, you can find all the items you need, I highly recommend it and the employees are friendly and bilingual.

Today at approximately 9:40am I went to pick up my medication refill and Miss Y (complicated name, but it starts with that letter) helped me and gave me terrible service, ensuring that HER mistake was mine.

Very bad pharmacy service, they called me one week after my child finished the antibiotic medication and they said to pick up another one because he should drink two bottles.
Also they called me to pick another medicine that my child already had .
And I said no I refuse to give my child more medicine.
I told them they don't care about the DOSES, and they look to kill my child or what
This place doesn't care also my doctor sent the medication and they said they don't have it even though I have the paper from my doctor showing the date of the prescription that was sent.

All the terrible reviews about the pharmacy are true. Lady was very rude and was told it would take 2 hours to fill antibiotics that were called in 3 hours prior. Never coming here again
