I came to the pharmacy drive thru and waited over 30 mins to just pick up one simple medication. There was a long line in the drive thru. They should just have someone doing the drive thru.

Worst pharmacy ever. Terrible service. Ever since Mr Hanna and Nicole left service is terrible. No wonder so many cvs’s are closing with this attitude. Have been getting my meds here for over ten years. No more. Probably the next one to close. They get a one star because there are no minus.

Over price horrible store. Don't buy CVS brand water it leaks and popcorn was expired. Walgreens is cheaper in cleaner.

Carlos from the pharmacy, serves poorly, always with bad responses, bad faces, I don't understand how a person working in a health site with that attitude, people who come there with mixed feelings and giving that treatment, is the pharmacy that gives me It works, but I'm thinking about changing just so I don't receive mistreatment when you go to get your medications and pay, not to ask that man for favors or money, they should do something about it.

I was told they could not price match their own online price of one of my items at this store, when I have been able to at other locations in the past. So I had to order online, to pick up at the same location and see how they had to have a worker walk all over the store for all the variety of items I had taking them over one hour to have my order ready. For me to save $8.99. I then cancelled the order and went to Target where they price match the item from the CVS website. Logistics sucks.

The store front is friendly, but the pharmacy is a joke. They give you the round about a pain medication that is still back ordered while I have been getting it there for years .You get a different tech telling a different story, one of them told me to seek a momma and papa pharmacy in Kissimmee to see if I can get them there?..The pharmacist sends these techs without any knowledge of what they saying to battle with the customers..They don’t answer the phones it goes to a automated voice to send you a text to download their website so you can keep checking your damn prescription that they never order..

In general, I like the service here. The people that work at the pharmacy are knowledgeable when it comes to questions about my medicine.Not to mention Carlos gives me candy when I pick up my prescriptions. ?I live next to a cvs, but I drive over to this one specifically because of the service.I come here for my hair dye, and beauty needs as well. They also have a broad selection on different brands of makeup. Totally the best cvs around!

I came to the pharmacy drive thru and a lady told me to come inside that it doesn’t work. As soon as I come inside I get ignored by all 3 employees. The lady tells a man that I was in drive thru. But he takes it upon himself to help the next person IN DRIVE THRU since it works… he then came to me with an attitude and rolling his eyes for no reason asking for my information. And then told me my insurance doesn’t cover my medication and when I asked to pay out of pocket and he raises his voice at me and says you can’t have it it’s on hold…. So how was it rejected if it’s on hold? I asked him what I can do and he continues to give me disrespect “what do you mean what you can do” and tells me to step to the side. Next customer pops up and he starts disrespecting an older man and going off. The pharmacist or the female don’t care about his behavior and condone it. I called right away to get my prescription sent somewhere else. And it turns out yes my insurance covers it. He just doesn’t wanna work. I’ve seen so many negative reviews about him. And nothing is done. Calling people BOSS and going off on them. Ridiculous.

DRIVE-THRU ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE. As a disabled individual I prefer to use the drive thru as I find it difficult to get around with crutches. For the past two to three months, might be even longer, CVS has been discriminating against disabled customers. First, they watch you at the window and conveniently past a sign up to come inside. They have been understaffed for months. Sometimes the shutters are down. Today the individual, comes to point to the sign. Last week I struggled inside because I was able to get a parking near the door. Most of the time, the three disabled parking is occupied by non disabled individuals.I waited 30 Minutes near the winder for the individual to come and serve me. This is ridiculous. I find it inconvenient and change is necessary. I have to shake my head because the first individual signaled to me that the Audis wasn’t working and handle me a pen to write my name down. I did so then five minutes later the next lady came over to the window and used the intercom to ask me form my identification. This is not good. I’m still waiting to leave.I really hope someone with authority in CVS address this matter.
