Pharmacy Technician customer services is horrible. You ask her a question and it’s like you’re begging her. She’s rolling her eyes and everything…they need to hurry up and reopen the other CVS that got burned down at least their employees are a lot more respectful and caring.

Terrible pharmacy service if you call you will never get a person, just a call back which on holiday weekends never comes. I urge everyone with the same experience to blog or post eventually it will get people charge. Use express scripts instead ask your providers about it. They fill scripts quickly and you always get a person on the phone.

The worse pharmacy to ever go to! I had a really bad toothache, it took them 5-8 hours to have my medications transferred to Publix everytime I would call they kept hanging up the calls on me. Publix called on a 3 way they said they sent out my transfer only to drive to Publix and found out that they lied. Then I had to go to cvs to argue with them about my medications after being in excruciating plain when I arrived to the location they said they had no managers at all I can speak with. Then an employee claimed to be the manager his name was Andrew I recorded the whole interaction and how unprofessional that location is. If I would have never went in person my transfer to Publix would have never been made I will never be going to this cvs ever again and I surely do not recommend! They playing with peoples prescription even one of the employees in the video did the peace sign and they were laughing when I was in need of my antibiotics and pain medication.

*This store is the ABSOLUTE WORST STORE in their fleet… this store supplies meds to a vast majority of elderly patients and the way they treat people is literally disgusting….. since they got rid of the minute clinic team at this store it’s been going down hill even fast than before.. those individuals were the ONLY nice people in this store and NOW they are all gone….. it’s disgusting the level of ignorance they display towards their customers..

Drive thru is extremely slow and inside the store, they allow dogs that are not service animal certified. I went in do drive thru being backed up and an older lady with a little dog almost bit me. The owner needs to make sure employees are not allowing people with uncertified animals inside the store.. that can be a liability issue.
