Just called this location today Feb 29 2024 around 8 am and the guys who answer the pharmacy told me that my insurance that I had being using on CVS for the last 20 years they don't take it because they are not related to CVS. This explains a lot why the rating here is only 1.5 Stars. They don't care about customers and they don't want to help. They are just there for the paycheck. He insisted over and over about how my insurance it's not accepted there and how they are not CVS. This is so strange. Being using CVS for over 20 years and never had this issue. My prescription it's already filled in other location it's just to transfer it to this one. He was giving stupid and non sense excuses since he answered the phone. His answer for everything was NO No and NO. Can someone from CVS (management only) contact me directly so we can clarify this? And to help me to clarify if this is going to be the case in this location all the time so that way I can change pharmacy. Is this is not a CVS why is listed online as one? And why I can't transfer my prescription there?

The pharmacist manager Christopher is a racist without a heart. My husband suffer from Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis for six years now. His Primary doctor Always give his strong medicine on paper( legal document) same doctor before we was diagnosed. Never a problem with cvs or publix in the past. Because the doctor made a mistake once, Christopher treated me like I was writing the prescription myself. I ask the doctor to contact cvs, they did. Christopher has to authorize it last month avoiding eye contact, rude and didn't even apologize for making my husband suffer for 4 days without his pain killers. This month after my husband monthly appointment, after work at 1am, I dropped his pain medicine. I was informed It will be ready at 9am next day. We were so relief that night. My husband had a missed call around 9am directly from Christopher informing he will need authorization from his doctor (Again). It was Holiday weekend last weekend, my husband suffered a nervous breakdown at home. I called and Mr. Christopher informed:...as I informed your husband, I not longer would fill out this prescription in this pharmacy. I feel uncomfortable so you need to find another pharmacy. I told him I will contact Coorporate. I did, they back him up cause apparently there's a ( law) that if a pharmacist doesn't wants to filled out a prescription, he doesn't have to. Another manager spoke to us, I informed him were been with CVS for more than 20 years, my husbands MS treatment( is like a quimo), monthly injection Kesipta, is delivered to us, from CVS Specialist, and medication to help him walk. They have all his history, medicare, always the same, all the same. He is in bed for God sake. But I'm gonna keep on calling everyone on that coordination cause I know someone has to have a heart. Truly the worst as a human is probably doing the same to many disabled people that really need this type of medicine.

Customer service is bad they denied me for my medication then they made me wait 2 hours for my prescription and I still didn’t get it this is the worse cvs in Florida don’t go here I saw dirty stains all over the place and the worst customer service do not and I mean do not go here if I had the right to write 0 stars I would.

Girl at night not sure her name. She complimented my cologne and wanted something similar for her brother for Christmas. She always helpful and social able and has a beautiful smile.

I called in twice before coming in to make sure the vaccines I needed were available and that my appt was confirmed since I didn't receive a confirmation email. Christopher, the pharmacy manager, was super helpful over the phone and also provided me details on the vaccines and cost. When I went in for my appt, I was helped right away at the counter. The pharmacy manager said over the phone that my pharmacy card didn't cover my vaccines, but when I was on-site, he asked to try my health/medical card instead, which worked and covered my entire visit. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I was in and out in 15 mins.

Worst costumer service i have ever seen,and i have seen a lotone of the employers on the pharmacy the afro-american woman is always mad,there is no a single time that i have go or call and she is nice,first time i told her if someone speaks spanish and she says no,and one of her co-workers came and he spoke spanish with me,other day i went with a prescription and she told me she cant help me because an error on a date,and almost trow the prescription in my face,i called someone else and 20 minutes later i had the antibiotics for my kidWoman,if you dont like your job,just get a new one,cvs should get better on their costumer service

There is one particular pharmacist at this location who takes the trophy for being the worst customer service representative. I wish people would have more common sense.

I just step into the store, and my one and only suggestion is: you should have Helder working 24 hours ! His demeanor, smile, and lroffesionalism is second to none.Makes you want to come back in the store again again.

Do not visit this store or pharmacy! The staff from the pharmacy is very rude specially the old woman from the pharmacy (JAMIE). I visited the store at 10:50PM today, she yelled at me and was really really rude. I can't believe they even hired her. RUN!!! Go to walgreens, haven't had any issues with Walgreens.

So unprofessional. Been hung up on 4xUpdate: they have implemented a new messaging system and shows you how far along in the process your script is getting ready. They text you when they receive the script electronically, give you a link to follow and let’s you know when it’s ready.

I got a text message that said my prescription was ready so I drove 15 minutes to this cvs because it’s closer to my house and I get in line at 1:20 on the dot. There’s 3 other people in front of me, 2 in one line and 1 in the other. It took them 11 minutes to get to the person in front of me and the lady in the other lane and instead of waiting and serving us before going on lunch. They went on lunch instead. We were all in that line before 1:30 and they saw all of us waiting and still went on lunch. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
