I had to put a star because it doesn't allow me to place a comment. This is the absolute worst place our patients have had to deal with. I have been calling for at least 30 minutes and keep getting the run a round no one is answering your phones. I will make sure we do not recommend this location.

just needed a flu shot for work and they only staffed one lady and she kept lying saying she couldn't find my appointment which she did find it to cancel it when i left. I can sympathize with her working alone but doing everything in her power to not give a shot. I did have other shots like covid I wanted to get done as well but I would have settled for just the FLU shot. Never had this problem in any other CVS pharmacy anywhere else. FL just sucks.

Stopped in for hair colour and needed to ask about question. Went to the pharmacy where they had about 8 people working and was told they worked at the pharmacy so couldn't answer my question.
I was told to go and ask at the front counter.
I walked the whole floor but they had no one working on the floor.
I then went to the front desk and asked if I could get assistance with a question and was told by the nice older lady there that they were too busy to help.
Terrible service on all levels.

Big shout out to Ms. Eliana working front end she's usually up there alone and she keeps the lines and customers going with a great attitude. She's a great asset!

Zero customer care. I arrived at 1:29pm and they denied to help me at the pharmacy because they have to go to lunch from 1:30-2pm. I said I have to work at 2pm and I have a tooth infection that is affecting me so I really need the antibiotics and she said that she had to go to lunch so she’s sorry. I hope the attention denial doesn’t turn into a bigger medical problem for myself

Horrible experience. After trying several times to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy due to change in health insurance, multiple prescriptions were STILL not transferred/filled. After calling my original pharmacy repeatedly, they explained that they cannot make CVS do their job! Now some of my prescriptions have expired and I will have to find and go to new specialists (insurance changed), paying $85 for each visit. It has been weeks and can't even get my asthma medications!! Maybe the Florida Board of Pharmacy needs to hear🤷♀️

Very nice outline and the employees are ok, but this location is a bit run down and inconvenient for customers because people steal the carts. You can't even comfortably shop because you have to carry everything. I can't do that again when spending money!
