My mom is a patient. Not sure what is going on, but recently they have been very inattentive, disorganized and the bathroom is trash. As recently as this week the toilet was clogged and there was no one to fix it. My dad fixed it so my mom could use the rest room. I don't know if they are short handed or what that they are not paying attention when people are calling for assistance. This location is already a ugly location they really can't afford to also be so neglectful with people. Do better!

Happy Holidays. This a negative review for Davita off Cypress Pwy in Poinciana Florida. It might be lengthy, but I have a lot to unload. Today is the Friday prior to New Years Day. A normal business day during the Holidays. Unfortunely, my Mother in Law's story is not alone and needs be told. My MIL is 86 years old w/kidney and heart failure for 7-8 yrs. She has been a regular patient, which means she does not miss her chair time at all. The only time she has missed her chair time has been due to numerous hospitalizations. Most ED visit were bought on by Davita calling 911 typically related to "chest pain" which was actually abdominal discomfort brought on by pulling fluid off too fast or gas after eating. I understand that anyone complaining of chest pain should be assessed as soon as possible however after a brief conversation and looking at her medical history a pattern should have been acknowledged. This past year she was sent to ED approx 10 times with no supportive diagnosis except Covid last fall. Which she was admitted and recovered from well. In the end the only way to keep her out of the ED was to have her PCP sign a DNR order. This was a very difficult decision to make but we (her family) felt we had no choice. How ironic that we felt that she needed a DNR (do not resuscitate) to stay alive. This was done 4 months ago after being hospitalized for 5-6 weeks. She has not been back to the ED since. However, for the past 4-5 weeks she has been left at Davita at least 3 x without a ride home. Because she is wheelchair bound and immobile, I am not able to transport her to and from treatment so we depend on Lynx. Unbelievably she has been left in the waiting room on several occasions without a phone call to anyone to inquire about leaving. Now I understand transportation is not Davita's responsibility but changing her chair time without notice is their responsibility which has affected her ride home. Tonight, my MIL's chair time was changed without notifying me. When Lynx came to pick her up, she was not ready, so they left her there. Again, no notification to the family. At 7 pm when Davita closes I reached out to Lynx who stated she was not ready so the left and completed the ticket. She was not ready because Davita had changed her chair time- probably so the staff could finish the shift early to go home. I appreciate the intent because I also work, however she sat alone in a dirty cold waiting room for at least 2 hours while her family waited for her. This is not the first incident. Within the past 2 months she has been lost or was still waiting there for a ride, but I was told she had already been picked up. During this incident I could not find her for at least 1 hour. At this point I have to wonder is it worth it. Davita has done more harm than good. How can I continue treatment with a facility that can't be bothered to make a phone call?

So glad Jasmin is no longer their administrator. She created so much unnecessary drama and CHILDLISH click groups. Her assistant, Marta is a condescending, unprofessional bully and patients constantly complained about mean demeanour. Add a complete clueless diatician and charge nurse, and you have the perfect excuse to run away from this place as fast as possible! Go to a better, professional dialysis center if you want your renal needs to be met. This place is NOT it!

The majority of the nurse assistants needs more training and more experience when working with patients.
