I was absolutely appalled by the conversation I overheard between the cashier and manager at this location. A customer politely asked to use the restroom, and their response was shocking—they complained that it was ‘annoying’ to let people in and even suggested just telling customers it was out of order to avoid the inconvenience.
As someone who works in the medical field, I know firsthand that many individuals have health conditions that require immediate restroom access. The lack of empathy and basic human decency in this situation was incredibly disappointing. No one should be denied access to a restroom simply because employees find it ‘annoying’ to open the door.
I hope this establishment reconsiders its approach to customer service and treats people with the dignity and respect they deserve.

I don’t normally go to dds to shop but today i did, the prices are great very nice stuff and for a cheap price. The staff was absolutely horrible besides the loss prevention man he greeted me when i walked in and was kind. The staff was plain rude. I went to go try some clothes on and all you hear from the staff is them talking amongst themselves they aren’t talking to the customer they are just chit chatting with their coworkers. They talk in spanish around the customers who can’t understand and they talk bad about the customer. The staff calls next in line when you are still standing there grabbing all your stuff together. The staff does not quickly fold your clothes and put in the bag no they just scan the items throw your items in bags and point at the receipt so you can grab it along with your other items. The service absolutely sucks here, the prices are great but i will not be going back due to the customer service that was given.

I so love this place, you can find many items for your home at a great price. My sister told me about this store, and every time she goes there, we go on video call, and I pick out what I want and then send her the money. I went to Florida 2 weeks ago, and I went to the store for the first time. I was amazed at the prices and once again purchased more items to send back to New Jersey.

Today, due to the mistake of a cashier who charged me for an item incorrectly, I had to go back to the store again. The cashier was very friendly but the assistant on duty or manager was not very friendly. Let's say there were a total of nine items and by mistake I They charged one wrong and went to look at the camera to see if it was like I told them, there is a saying that a thief judges by his condition and I had to wait about 20 minutes in the entire process of my time and they didn't even give me an apology When they saw that it was as I told them, it makes them angry to see that because of their own mistake, they treat people without empathy and waste time when it is so valuable.
