I had been told many great things about some of the items they sell, so I grabbed my bike and rode over to check things out while in town.
Mind you I Only have a bike, I do the best I can but the bike is new and has no chain to lock it outside. Not that it would matter because bb's doesn't have a bike park spot to put your bikes.
So, I took my bike inside with me. I'm not riding it, I'm just holding it beside me. I can't afford to be stolen from, and Every other store I'd gone too before had No issues.
Even Clothing stores.
Yet within 2 minutes, some worker came up too me and told me I had to either leave or put my bike outside. Again, NO BIKING PARK SPOTS. No safety area. No where to lock it even if I did have a chain To leave it outside.
So I left, and I'm not going back.
This is Florida. I may be new, but what I can say is that more people ride bikes than cars. So either, u should supply a Safe location for bikes, or kindly.
LEAVE ME ALONE SO I CAN SHOP LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
If my bike was nasty, dirty, muddy even, or Anything. Maybe I would've understood, but it was clearly a decently nice upkept bike that didn't cause Any issues anywhere else I have ever gone.
To say I'm upset with this store I had Never even gotten to visit before till now, is an understatement.
Because I will not be going back anytime soon.

Everyone here is rude. The manager and the employees are useless. I’ve been to multiple DDs stores and this has been the worst one as of yet. Maybe I came in at the wrong day and at the wrong time but when the lady was ringing up my stuff she just threw everything in the bag, didn’t even look at me and then turned to the cashier next to her to literally make fun of a customer that was there before me. Horrible customer service.
