Everyone here is rude. The manager and the employees are useless. I’ve been to multiple DDs stores and this has been the worst one as of yet. Maybe I came in at the wrong day and at the wrong time but when the lady was ringing up my stuff she just threw everything in the bag, didn’t even look at me and then turned to the cashier next to her to literally make fun of a customer that was there before me. Horrible customer service.

Won’t be returning to this store! I had a dress & shoes in hand walking to the register when the power went out.. the cashier said she would put my items up until the power came back on so I can purchase them. Fast forward to the power coming back on I drove back up to the store to get the items for my daughter.. I get there the store manager says yes the power is back on but their registers still aren’t working I say ok I see the items I have still on hold can you guys hold them until the registers are back working he says yes… fast forward to the next day I drive back up there again to get the items they had on hold just for me to get there and they put the items back smh. The store manager was very rude & couldn’t even show any decency for wasting my time!!! I understand things happen but the store manager had a nasty attitude & he totally wasted my time! Needless to say Ross have a very nice selection next door & I will continue to shop here from now.

Always find some grdat deals here. Found some real classic printed T's, while i was here i found some great deals on baby clothes for my daughter. They have all your needs there.
