Purchased over $7,000 worth of furniture not even 2 years old noticed that my leather sectional couch was starting to peel contacted Carolina in which was my salesperson, Forward the pictures of the couch as Carolina and the vendor requested waited almost 1 month without follow up, I called and left several messages and sent an email to get a response from Carolina stating due to wear and tear they are not going to honor the 3 year warranty that came with the couch. The peeling is from poor quality not wear and tear as my living room is never in use, I don't have children, don't get company I'm curious about how they came up with the decision that it is wear and tear. I requested for Carolina to send me corporate headquarters phone number and she stopped responding to me. Buyer's be aware of this organization as they don't stand behind their products and don't care about their customers after the purchase has been made, due yourself a favor and shop with a reputable company that cares about their customers and stand behind their products.Angeleta Phipps-Harrison

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would never order anything from Decoreza Furniture. I placed an online order on April 9th for a dining room set paid in full. Spoke to a woman named Marilyn or Madeline the following day who placed the order for me herself to speed up the process. I called the following week to find out the status of my order. They took my name and number and never called me. I called again on April 19th, they took my name and number again and guess what, no call. I called on April 20th to explain yet AGAIN that I have not received any status updates on my order and was assured by a woman named Yari that I would be getting a call later on that day. My husband visited the store on April 20th and was informed that we would be receiving the order on April 25th. After not hearing from them yet AGAIN, my husband calls on April 25th and of course, they have no answer as to the status of my order. My husband then goes to the store to then be told that they cannot fulfill my order. The woman who attended him kept trying to talk over him on the phone as well as in person. He eventually asked for a full refund. NOT ONCE, since APRIL 9th, did they call us to inform us on the status of my order. We only got answers because my husband showed up at the store. To top it off, the 3 employees in the store barely speak any English! When I would try to communicate with them on the phone it was horrible. They repeatedly asked me if I had my order on layaway, NO, IT WAS PAID IN FULL ON APRIL 9th WHEN I ORDERED IT ONLINE! Never again would I do business with this furniture store!!! I'll take my money elsewhere.
