I was finally able to reach them, and spoke with one of the sales reps, who explained that their inventory was held up due to winter storms up north. Logical explanation, things happen. will see how long it takes and update as needed. I am glad I was able to talk to a live person.UPDATE: Received order, issue was resolved.

Good selection and pricing on flavorings.No real complaints to be said. It's clear some others giving 1 star reviews are lost or confused about what kind of products Delosi Labs sells.They sell concentrated flavoring. These are not meant to be used neat. They need to be diluted to be used.
