⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-STAR SERVICE FROM YISLEN AT DOLLAR GENERAL!
I just had one of the BEST customer service experiences ever at the Dollar General located at 4549 Pleasant Hill Road in Kissimmee, FL (Store #19074) — and it's all thanks to an incredible employee named Yislen.
The store was BUSY. People everywhere. Carts moving. Lines forming. But Yislen handled it all like a total pro — friendly, fast, and focused. When I walked up to the register, she greeted me with a smile that instantly made the chaos feel calm. I was holding a pillow I planned to buy, and without hesitation, she politely asked me to hold on just a moment. Then — like a customer service superhero — she jetted down the aisle and came back with another pillow in hand.
Turns out, the pillows were buy one, get one free — and I had NO idea. She didn’t have to do that. She didn’t have to go the extra mile. But she did. Because that’s the kind of employee she is.
I was honestly trying to save money and could only afford one pillow. Thanks to Yislen, I walked out of there with TWO — and a huge smile on my face. She made my day. No — she made my WEEK.
She treated every single customer with kindness, respect, and a contagious energy that more places desperately need. She’s an asset to the store, to the company, and to the entire customer service industry.
KUDOS to Yislen — and serious respect to whoever hired her. Dollar General, please recognize this woman. Employees like her are rare, and when you find one, you hold on tight.

I was there recently and Abraham at the register had great customer service, patience, and a great attitude. Dollar General needs more employees like him.

They have pretty much everything that a Dollar general has, it's pretty clean which I really appreciate. When I first moved here I went to Family Dollar and I was so grossed out that I literally will go over a mile further to go to this place. The people that work there are very nice too, I really appreciate that on Saturdays you get the $5 off when you buy $25. Well worth it

Prices are considerably lower than Walmart. Good variety of cosmetic products and personalHygiene products. A lot of snacks and candy also. Dog food, cat food too.
