Make sure to read the coupons they stick on shelf’s very carefully it’s now been 3x they’ve stuck it in wrong shelf and won’t honor it due to their error. Very unprofessional of the lady manager with curly hair.

Today July 13, 2024 / 5:22pm The rude gentleman who served me at the checkout did not feel like looking up the price of a product (because it did not have the stamp), which he preferred to leave at the checkout. He went to the hallway, looked for where the item was and even then he didn't feel like putting it manually because the product simply didn't have the seal. His behavior was very rude and he did not allow his other colleague to serve me. I don't know his name, but he is a brunette, with high curly hair..... (I don't publish my experience because of the product or price, but because of the rudeness of the employee)

It was so embarrassing to see one employee shouting to a customer so rudely it’s really disappointed by this Dollar General store. You guys should monitor how your employees are doing. Miss behaving is big no-no with the customer,Whatever this customer is. If you want to keep alive this Dollar General, please keep your eyes open Management & HR.

This is crazy that the best employee got fired for stupid reasons Alysha from Viviana supposedly she's the gm she's so darn rude to all of her employees and customers she she's should get fired not Alysha oh another thing the gm was two hour's late opening the store now they did it again Carina and someone name iris
should also be fired. She's so rude to the employees and workers. They need to clean that store and the management they don't know how to treat anybody.

This store is not organized and the GM Viviana at that store is rude and disrespectful when I was the best employee there good customer service so do not go to that store because all the employees doesn't care about any customers that go there

Signs and deals aren’t even what they are. You go there and a signs says something. They ring it up and it’s something different, they go see the sign and know you’re right. Tells you, they can’t change the price on the system. Take off the signs then!

Don't call this place because the workers don't feel like doing their job. They did not answer for a good hour of me calling. The reason I called is to ask for a specific item before wasting my time taking a bus there and back. But they lost my buisness....not that they seem to care anyway. Don't go here this place does not care if they have customers or not.

The only good thing is that the store is convenient and the price on some items are cheaper than Sebdanos Supermarket other wise store is the same not enough employees on the registers and to stock the shelves. It's a shame the store use to be nice to shop in
