I have been shopping at this store for several years and generally enjoy a pleasant experience. However, I often face a language barrier. I would say around 60% of the time when I'm at the cash register, I'm addressed in Spanish. I usually just nod in agreement, hoping it's a friendly greeting. For this reason, I am giving a 4 and not a 5 star rating. I believe that since most, if not all, of the cashiers can speak English, they should start by addressing customers in English.

They will not let kids use the bathroom. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They usually have everything I'm looking for. I have also had to do exchanges, and I've never had any issues with them. They are usually very accommodating.

1) I came in to deposit cash and the employee could not speak English.
2) The manager came and told me "We don't do that here." Which is not true because they are listed with my bank as am approved location for cash deposits. When I tried explaining this, she did not even acknowledge my comments, she just rolled her eyes and kept saying "We don't do that here."
Even when I said thank you and left, she did not respond.
How can you be a manager and have no genuine desire to help customers or at the very least, be polite to them!

To management: Why is there only one register open on a Sunday with 12 people in line? This is why I barely shop here. I would come here much more if there were more registers open.

This was the cleanest, well stocked and maintained Dollar Tree I have been in lately! There were a good number of friendly employees who were helpful. I would recommend stopping by.

The bathroom was unpleasant, with an overpowering musty odor. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the grime on surfaces indicated a lack of regular maintenance. The fixtures seemed outdated and poorly maintained, contributing to an overall uncomfortable experience.
