If I can give 10 stars I will do it! Miguel is awesome, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and fun! I have been doing my taxes with Exclusive Tax Services Inc. since 2014 when I lived in Kissimmee, Florida. My first experience working with Miguel, I was very pleased. He was professional and attentive to my income tax needs and answered all my questions. I moved back to California a year later and I thought I needed to have someone who was in my county/state to prepare my taxes, but that was my misconception. I asked Miguel if I could continue services with him and he gladly helped me. I am now on my 7th year with ETS. Miguel is a trusted professional and I would recommend him to anyone. Miguel and his team have been very helpful since I first encountered Exclusive Tax Services for financial advise. They’ve been very helpful, organized and they make it easy for you to receive the assistance you were looking for. Miguel took his time to explain the questions I had regarding my small business. Due to his knowledge and enthusiasm to make my experience easier to understand I decided to have my taxes done by him. I was very concerned at first at how poorly I handle my finances, and at the end I was shocked that I had a return in my taxes. He broke it all down and ensured all of my questions were answered. I left very satisfied and knowledgeable on how to handle my future finances as an independent contractor. I recommend his services.

I have been working with the Exclusive team for almost 4 years now. I must say that they have made my experiences with the IRS very easy and successful. The team answers all and every question that is asked. Demand is super high for them but they never forget about you and reach out personally with updates so that you know that you are being taken care of. This was my first year going to Miguel Carrasco for my taxes and he was AMAZING! He was so professional and though-out our whole conversation he made me feel so comfortable and always made sure I was understanding everything. You can tell his intentions is wanting to find the best way to get the most money for you.In the end gave an remarkable presentation to make sure everything was right. I really loved the professionalism provided by Miguel and his team!! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and I feel that I actually understood how the process of filing taxes is done. I never really understood it until now!!! Miguel took his time to explain everything and did not mind going back and explaining when i had questions AND TRUST ME THAT HAPPENED A LOT. He did not get frustrated with me at all!!! I also loved the time and delicacy he put in with me as im sure he does with all clients!!!! Not only is their office super nice, modern & cool but their customer service & professionalism as you soon as you walk through their door is unmatched!! Miguel really takes his time with clients and explains every detail thoroughly so you know exactly what he’s talking about.
