Definitely recommend this business. We walked in looking for an appointment. We were greeted courteously and left with a pair of prescription glasses ordered. Jenna, the assistant manager was a huge help with her smile and willingness to help.

Jenna was super helpful. Super, super helpful. Ended up getting more expensive frames but I didn't feel I was upsold, it's just that the truly better options were higher. Bonus, I get the glasses on Monday which is a holiday and normally would delay production in other places. Great job Jenna!
Update: they offer same day service, I went Saturday but granted, at 3pm. I understood that the glasses would not be done same day. They told me Monday they would be ready. Then I was called and informed that because Monday was labor day at they closed at 4pm, that it may be Tuesday before 2pm. I would be texted when they were ready. Well, i called around 1230pm just in case as I was in the area. I was told not yet but that soon i would be texted. I leave work at 530 and take a route home that was the other way of the store. Then I remembered I didn't hear back so I called again. Lo and behold they were ready but I had not been texted. So now I have to wait until tomorrow. ?

Staff was very nice and professional and the optometrist right? He was awesome. He was very helpful, quick and he actually knew what he was doing. At least he comes across looking like so. I'm awesomely gratefully been treated very well
