I called the Clinic to obtain information about how the consultations work because I needed a medical consultation and laboratory tests at the reception. Julie assisted me by phone and explained to me how it works with medical insurance and without medical insurance and the prices of laboratory and consultation of all This information was given over the phone at all times, very kind and explained everything to me. We were going through Cyclone Idalia and the girl at the reception, Julie, texted me from her private number not to go to the clinic because it was closed, I went the next day as she indicated. When I arrived, they were very kind, they attended to us right away. The appointment with the Dr. went well. He performed the consultation that my husband and I needed. Dr. Alberto Rodriguez was very kind. He showed us the labs. He showed my husband some labs and prescribed a medication for my husband. The labs were not done at that time and yet they sent his prescription to the pharmacy and when we arrived we got the medication without any problem. In my case I did the labs that I needed urgently.And I performed them there in the clinic without any problem. The nurse was very cordial and kind. She was the one who performed the phlebotomy that I needed and she did it without any obstacles. I had no pain or bruising on my arm. Everything about the consultation in general I recommend it 100%. to resolve an emergency and not have to deal with the support that is so delayed and above all resolve your situation at the moment

Too sarcastic and unprofessional doctor! he charged me 170 to give me a prescription for a medicine for high blood pressure and an antidepressant, a medicine that I can't stop taking and I stopped because he didn't give it to me if I didn't do the test that I did 3 months ago. What kind of humanity does this man have? stay away from this place because they just want your money. I will make a report, I don't believe he's a doctor because he's already got my prescription wrong twice, it seems he googles what he can give. horrible place!

Don't go here.. Unprofessional doctors and staff, they shouldnt even work with animals. I called at 4:15 pm on a Friday because my daughter was super ill, and they told me not to bring her because it's Friday and they close at 5pm. Then they wouldnt take my insurance and charged me 260$ for 2 shots for cold symptoms, and to top it off, they didn't put the prescriptions in for the farmacy and had to wait until Monday afternoon to talk to them because they wouldn't even answer then phone all morning.

They did not attend to me, according to them they did not have a system, but every time a new person arrived who had no history, if they could attend, wait 2 hours for the system and the answer never came back another day as if it were easy to travel by bus for 2 hours and walk 30 minutes to the station to wait for it, they never give a solution and the people at the reception are not very friendly they do not give a good service as if this were free.

After they gave my results to somebody else at a different location, I went to complain and asked for refund for some pending tests. I was offered a full refund only if I signed a paper not to take further action when I refused, one of the workers grabbed my documents and stated that they were his. I will never return or recommend anybody else to visit that location

Doctor is very unprofessional and doesn’t listen to anything you’re trying to relay. I couldn’t be in the same room as my spouse and his sarcasm over medical information is degrading. It’s all about money here DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET TREATED!!!

I don’t have insurance and the prices here were so cheap! The staff are awesome and the nurse practitioner there really knows her stuff, I purchased the yearly membership for $30 dollars and got my free yearly papsmear. Was quick and easy. 5 stars ?

The worst place to go if you are in pain and in need of an emergency. They advertise misleading $ 20 for a consultation; however, to prescribe the medicine they want you to first associate with them or do a lot of unnecessary exams just because you have pain on your ear. Furthermore, the medicine that she asked for exames to prescribe and associate with them to lower the price of the exame that was almost $ 300.00, I found it at the pharmacy CVS and they said no prescription was need. Because it was just ibuprofen, for pain relief. I paid the $ 20.00, but I was really ? desapointed.

They are not accommodating at all! They change their hours whenever they feel like it and then refuse to see you when you come in . Why list the hours if they aren’t your hours?
