You should have another photocopier, that would avoid unnecessary queues
Also some people don't know how to use it and no one explains to them, it makes you have to wait even longer

I didn't love it. There's a long complicated process to print two pages. Then it triple charges me for color despite my hitting black and white. The funny part is that only my email link was in blue color. I didn't feel like adding more money to print a blank w4 and i9 fearing they too would be 71 cents each page. Naturally they don't carry blank forms anymore. I left with only half my work done today. Unsure if I'll return for the rest. May as well go to the Library...

this place is horrible every time we go. there's one bald guy that works here that absolutely avoids helping customers. he takes forever with one person hoping everyone else will just leave. he's usually the only one working by himself. today, he was helping a man for 25 minutes while everyone was just standing in line waiting for help. he was at the computer furthest from the door and looking at pictures on google with the customer because he obviously wasn't
prepared and being a complete nuisance to everyone around, disregarding our needs. i absolutely despise coming to this place, but it's the closest one to me
