Marisol was incredibly helpful, she was patient and kind, even while there was a large line of people waiting she was extraordinarily efficient and calculated, not to mention she was working by herself. She gave the same level of service as if there were only 1 or 2 people in the store even though there was a line to the door, this must be taken into account.
You can tell when someone’s service is fake or rehearsed but she genuinely cares about each customer and wants to make sure they’re left satisfied, she’s a very rare employee and should be appreciated.
I hope in leaving this she gets the proper credit she deserves, we all thank you Marisol!

CARLOS the manager doesn't follow policy. Held our companies merchandise hostage and refused to release despite notes in the system and written authorization. He is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. We would like our concerns taken seriously as this is not the first time CARLOS has demonstrated this behavior.

Carlos is absolutely terrible at his job. He refuses to release packages for no other reason than to be on a power trip and make things difficult. He is disrespectful, unprofessional and needs to be evaluated. Please if there is a regional manager we would like to discuss CARLOS behavior.

The manage CARLOS is unprofessional, disrespectful and abuses his position to cause harm to others. Our company had to beg and call fedex 5 times and even have them call directly to CARLOS to release packages because CARLOS refused to follow fedex policy on releasing packages. He uses his position as an excuse to be disrespectful unprofessional and difficult. He went above and beyong to hold our packages hostage almost costing our company tens of thousands in damages. CARLOS needs to be held accountable for his terrible behavior.

CARLOS was disrespectful, unprofessional and on a power trip. He refused to follow fedex policy on releasing our companies packages. He held our packages hostage despite have had fedex leave nutiple notes in the system to releasethe packages to our employee. CARLOS would not release the packages even with written authorization and even went as far to force us to have customer service call him before he would release the packages. CARLOS needs to be fired. He is beyong terrible and doesn't follow policy. He should not be managing or even working here if he has such a huge ego that he cannot follow fedex policy on releasing packages. CARLOS went out of his way to be difficult and not release our packages. CARLOS will be reported to corporate for the actions. If there is a Regional or General Manager we would love to speak woth you about our experience with CARLOS and his bad attitude and unprofessional behavior.

My mother and I had to send 3 packages to a loved one in the military, but we weren't sure about the best way to do it. It was our first time sending such a variety of things through a FedEx office, and we had many questions and concerns. When we first arrived at the store, Taisha greeted us warmly and made us feel like valued customers. She answered our questions and gave us several options for sending the packages. When more customers arrived, Marisol stepped in to help get things done quickly and efficiently. She was patient and kind as we asked more questions, to be sure that the packages would arrive safely. With all of the different price combinations she offered, we were able to find one that fit our budget and needs perfectly. As we were finishing with our packages, we saw how courteous Taisha and Marisol were with all of their customers. In the end, we were so happy with how they helped us that we went back and sent a 4th package that same day. We'll be sure to recommend this FedEx store and use it again in the future!

Excellent attention!!! 100% recommended, I went to several shipping sites and no one told me how to send my dog's documents to travel abroad and at this FedEx they assisted and guided me with great kindness.

Never, Never Came to this place or to FedEx to process you passport. FedEx is a fraud. First of all, Carlo missing customer service skills, you can’t stand his attitude, it is unbelievable how rude he is! . Second they never explain that using their Pc and filling up documents for a passport is $167.00 plus shipping charges. They should advise that those charges are not for passport processing charges. I have to give the one start so I can advise you. Do Not do anything else here than shipping your envelope to passport processing center. The rest is a Fraud! I’ve been ripped off by Fedex, with $167.
