The staff is really unprofessional and doesn't answer any of the emails that I sent to them. DON'T USE THIS BANK if you want to have a safe, peaceful and usable place where to put your money. I have many troubles with this bank and on my account in just 5 months. BAD BAD SERVICE

Ugh! This bank is awful, do NOT join unless you have no other options. The staff are warm and very friendly, but the company's banking technology is years behind every other bank I've ever had. The customer service number is not 25/7, the ATM's shut down in the rain and require you to call in a service order, etc, etc. Awful.

They tried to pull a trick that my doughter tried to do a mobile deposit of over $2000 on her school acct.when she don't have access to it and they can't proof who did it or what loan comp.and they shut her acct.whith out offering a resolution nothing .now I know why there never car on there parking and only one front desk.nice talking don't solve this issues

Safe and well lit
