This bank is terrible don’t put your money on it, they are not responsible for nothing and I just try to talk with somebody in business customer service and she talk to me like I was stupid “haven’t I told you 3 times that you have to call them to ask for refund “ that was the nicest thing she told me I am going on Saturday to close all my account and said ADIOS to this pieces of trash, but it was my fault I stayed to long. Worst Bank .

The branch itself has friendly people. The customer service people though are so incompetent and they will lie to hurry and get you off the phone. If you debit card become compromised it will probably take over a month if you are lucky. Instead of fifth third they should be called one third. Everyone should do themselves a favor and join a real bank even one of those online banks would be better than them. This is a sorry excuse for a bank.

The reviews don’t lie. The customer service provided for the manager of this branch Nick was extremely unprofessional. He needs some training on how to interact and speak to guests and service providers.

My experience with Fifth Third has been great!It will be nice if the app would allow there customers to turn on and off there debit cards like most of the banks today. Fifth Third needs to catch up, it’s 2024. Hopefully this is something this bank can work on for the new year!

I have been a commercial banking account holder for about a year and a 1/2 now.And I've never had an issue with the bank Anywhere elseBut this location will Pleasant Hill. The manager period point blank is extremely rude. He talks to you in a condescending nature. And never wants to answer a question. He needs to be fired period you should not be running a bank dealing with customers if you're not customer service-oriented. You can't even get a word out edgewise with him Before he gets nasty with you, very unprofessional and very unappreciated. Once again, not speaking all branches. But this one do not do business with.

It is really a pleasure to go to the Bank, the Manager Dana assisted us, a loving person, not only did she solve our problem and that of my daughter with her web bank but she went further by providing us with all kinds of advice, all with very warm attention. and familiar. Thanks to Fifth Third Bank in Village Shops at Bellalago, American Curriculum in Color Inc has our very own Elite Checking Business Account. The Branch Manager, Dana Rios, expressed a prideful joy about connecting with their local community. Katherin Forero, a Personal Banker at Fifth Third, truly embodied the importance of quality service. She honored me by sharing her story about her #math journey, explaining some of her obstacles as a learner. She ended her story with a beautiful message, “when I practiced, I fell in love with math”. Our kids need to hear more stories like hers because math isn’t about intelligence, it’s about being supported in the learning process. I’m grateful for this new relationship, and I look forward to serving our Osceola math community of learners. Osceola County School District will be number 1 in #mathematics!

The two people I went to both did not do their job thoroughly causing mistakes which the customer later has to pay for. No issues on their attitudes. Friendly staff, but that doesn’t get my issues resolved.

I've been a customer since 2017 and for the first time I went to a branch that cannot help me or even assist me in anything and look at me like I did not know what I was talking about for the first time I think I'm really considering in closing my account with you guys I would prefer to go to the branch all the way in Kissimmee then ever deal with this Branch ever again

My opinion and experience with this Fifth Third Bank is really Bad, Unpleasant, Frustrating and much more, please be careful with this bank and orient yourself well before any transaction or depositing checks in the APP since they put hold for more of 10 days, When the other bank already paid and approved the transaction and when you go to the bank they tell you they cannot help you because it is not in their hands, I was able to verify certain things and that is that the bank puts your money deposited to earn interest for them, no matter what you need.
