Horrible!!!! DO NOT USE THIS BANK PLEASE!!!! Atm took $700 and the people working inside refused to help me and told me I had to call the dispute dept. Everytime I call I get a different excuse as to why my money has not been credited to my account. If I could give this place negative stars I definitely would!!!

It was a nightmare! This is not a serious entity. We applied for a car loan and they ask for a lot of documentation and after 1 MONTH and we were still waiting for an answer! Eduardo and his manager are not professional, they don't pick up the phone and make excuses. I closed the account it was a terrible experience! I felt abused and discriminated.

absolutely terrible customer service. It take for ever to get anything done with them I have an auto and I hate there service trying to refinance as soon as possible don't use them for auto loans. If the car dealer refers them walk away.

Ive been with this dam bank for less then 5mths and had my identity stolen with charges i dnt recognize. When calling customer service was told I have to wait until my bank acct gets wiped out to dispute the charges. UNACCEPTABLE.....Ur customer service sucks and I WILL be closing this acct and taking my business elsewhere...

They say their system is always down. Always restarting their computers. Things take way longer than nessasary. People get turned away do to lack of staffing and how long things take.

I am new to the area, but a very long term customer of 5/3. I came into the Kissimmee branch simply to have something notarized and left beginning the process to a road of debt management. The timing couldn't be more perfect and I owe it all to Jen Reyes. Jen and her staff are are very friendly and super helpful. Everything was explained to me so well and I felt very comfortable. Jen is very responsive, proactive and great to work with. I'm super happy with my experience and the journey I am now on. Thank you so much!

Talk about SLOW, 1 teller behind counter. I was second, teller tends to first person for a solid 15 minutes then goes to drive thru (3rd customer) then comes back over to first customer. Thank the good lord a lady came back from lunch or no doubt I'd still be standing there.

Mi esposo ( que tengo que resaltar que es guapísimo) fue abrir una cuenta y la que lo atendií³ lo invito a salir. Es una mujer muy descarada y nada profesional. Hace lucir al banco como un lugar de poco respeto y poca seriedad.
