Great location! Near lots of restaurants. This room is unacceptable for anyone. The cots that were left had a smell of urine, very out dated room, with lots and lots of rules, in a notebook and online... You can't go to a front desk for any assistance, but they will reply to an email. Not to mention there was a humidifier left plugged into the locked closet asking us just to unplug and they will repair once we check out tomorrow. Full of dust here. Closet door off track, toilet seat could be replaced maybe a nicely done makeover...oh and a camera staring you at your face as soon as you walk out the front door. Please allow me to share pictures. That will be enough ? said... the floors and carpets were good. Could be 3 ✨ if things could be replaced.

Great location, very clean unit, full size washer & dryer, loved the huge living room and dining table with a bench. The towels and mattresses very really worn but tolerable for a few days. Easy checkin and check out.

We occupied Room 1106 and the townhouse was nice for our family vacation. The living area had two sofa beds which we didn’t need but worth noting. Furniture is dated but in great condition!!! Why replace what isn’t broken?!? Unit was clean, wood flooring downstairs, rugged upstairs. Full kitchen. It was a Comfortable place to stay which was much to our surprise compared to some of these reviews. The grounds were clean and maintained. Pool and jacuzzi was great. Location was great near Walmart, Wawa, restaurants, etc.

Apartments for the sweet water condos are nice but they only have one pool with so many people and then the pool they have is warm while the hot tub is cold. It's been like this our whole stay , will not be returning here again.

I didn’t expect 5 stars for the price and and location. It is what we wanted, 30 minutes to Disney or Universal, 5 minutes to a Walmart. Rooms are fine for my party of six, full kitchen, pull out sofa, 2 baths with jacuzzi tub. Hot tub and pool area are nice with addition of a flat top and grill to use any time you want. My only gripe AND THIS IS A BIG GRIPE, which is why the room is getting 2 stars. These rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, which is good because I am heavily sensitive to cigarette smoke. When we first entered the room it had the “cover up cigarette smell cleaner” in it. Fast forward 2 days later, I can smell the cigarette odor heavily as soon as I walk in….my eyes know it as well. Overall it’s a decent place for the price we paid for the week. The smell however, is definitely putting a damper on my enjoyment of the room.

Stayed at this place for a week and wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which had mattresses that woke us up everyday with backaches. I also didn’t like the fact that anytime I opened the front door , there was a camera aiming directly inside invading your space. I think it would have been ok to have a camera but there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that a camera should be staring INSIDE your villa. I was told there was a basketball court and gaming room which was a lie. I went across the street to the other villas who was very nice and let me play on their court. Across the street also had a gaming room but its only for the people staying there but again they was nice enough to let us in. I was told that the hot tub needed a new hot water tank so that was broke but didn’t even have a sign up. The fitness room is very very small( the size of a bathroom) and dirty. It had dust n hair all over treadmill and baseboards as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The water in my shower has an egg smell. It’s VERY smelly. I had to clean n spray air fresheners all day. I never smelled water like this. PLEASE DONT DRINK❗️Also there is NO ONE to call for ANY problems. If u need extra towels, u can’t call. If u need help with backups or the smelly water, U can’t call. For help With the big raccoon staying in the 1100 unit, u can’t call. This place needs a lot of help.Walkability: Walmart was only 5 minutes away.

1101 is the unit we stayed in. What a dump. This is a flipper kind of place, needs to be gutted. Everything was dirty. You never wanted to take your shoes off or touch anything. The water smells horribly of sulfur, would not drink. Address is not too far from some stores but kind of in a ghetto area. Homeless and such in the area.

This resort sadly has become very tired. It doesn't appear that any significant expenditure has been injected into updating or refurbishment for a great many years. The furniture is the same as it was about 30 years ago with the exception of the televisions. There are far better resorts in the local area. Far from being a resort hotel it is now more of a low budget motel and should not be described as a resort hotel.Rooms: Tired and outdated. In need of refurbishment to bring them up to an acceptable standard.Food & drinks: There are no food or drinks available on site.Noteworthy details: No housekeeping is undertaken for stays of more than one week. You are expected to go to reception to ask for further supplies including fresh towels.

Our family comes here often and every time it is a joy! The staff was kind and they have a great movie selection for your down time when you're not eating steaks off the BBQ or swimming in the neatly kept swimming pool.

If I could rate it a -0 I would ! Horrible place to stay! All day and night you hear sirens blaring fire trucks blaring their horns waking you up or should I say scaring you out of your sleep every day and I stayed for 1 year!!I couldn’t wait to move from here! Many car crashes out front of the resort many times a week dangerous road ! This place had my nerves a wreck from all the sirens and car wrecks like a war zone! Someone with a gun walking around just a bad place to be and stay ! Manager doesn’t care to help you . Building shook a lot ! Choose a different place believe me !

Decent accommodations close to many attractions. Front desk very nice, communicated days before check in and were not bothersome during stay. Negatives- does not replace towels. For extended stays you will be forced to wash or buy towels. Laundry rooms charge for wash and dry. Furniture was somewhat dated. However the location felt safe and provided a relaxing place to relax while visiting.

The shower never got hot. Both the master and guest bathrooms got hot water to the sinks, but none to the showers. The towels are tiny. There were bugs inside, probably because of the cereal on the floor left behind by the previous guest. The bed is uncomfortable and the only blanket provided is very thin. So much light comes through the window and it's so close to the road, there's no chance of a good night's rest. There is a washer and dryer unit, but no detergent provided. The fitness center is closed, but the pool/recreation area is nice.

We were worried about our stay based on the reviews we had read before our visit through a last minute time share, however, we were very pleasantly surprised! The rooms are dated (to be expected in Florida and last minute bookings) but the concerns of cleanliness and wifi accessibility were not a problem for us. Our grandchildren were working (video calls included) and they didn’t experience any issues other than in certain areas of the room. The pool is clean and private and the wifi works well down there, too! Amy at the front desk is really helpful and will go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable to the best of her ability. If wifi is of concern, be sure to call ahead and discuss the accessibility from your room, but otherwise the location is wonderful as far as access to shopping, Disney and restaurants if you have a vehicle. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again! Thanks Amy and the Vacation Villas staff for a great place to vacation!

Florida Vacation Village is a total SCAM. Do not fall for this scammers. They have an overly complex, long, rude and predatory check in process that claims to have been established because of the pandemic but is actually a way of not paying employees to work at the front desk. They require for you to send over all sorts of unnecessary paperwork And if you don’t go back and forward with them to with this nonsense paper work they leave a key-like envelope with a note inside that says “sorry, you will sleep on the streets tonight because we did not receive your paperwork”. You are inhumane, useless, and your system is garbage. We ended up having homeless for the night, under a storm with a 2year old.If you don’t want to pay employees on a front desk you better close
