I believe an employee by the name of Seth helped me. He didn't have one of the two pairs of shoes I needed, but he offered to go to a Champs (affiliated with Foot Locker) and get the shoe for me. I thought that was good service by going and not sending me there. Just an overall good experience! Thanks!
