This location has horrible customer service this is the second time I’ve come to this store I walked in and the gentleman at the counter bluntly ignored me as I Greeted him. I walked the store for 10 minutes and never once was asked if I needed assistance, which in fact I did need help. I left without purchasing anything and will not be returning here. I’ll go to vitamin shop where the customer service is 100%. Sad as I really was interested in products you guys offer. Such a simple greeting goes a long way.

Today I went to the GNC store Karina was very kind, she treated me excellently I asked to make a protein change and she did it with great pleasure I will return to this store 100%

Didn’t want to return an item I bought at another GNC store a day earlier because this store is a franchise store and not a corporate GNC. Don’t go to this store and if you do have issues, call GNC corporate by googling them. They were very helpful and want to crack down on franchise owners like these.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The store was very organized. It was easy to find what we needed. A lot of different options to choose from. Staff was very friendly and assisted with our purchase

The service is terrible, I have gone shopping twice and the person who attends does not allow you to see well, he gets very intense and does not let you see, I have already gone twice and I did not pay much attention to that, I went to buy the third time, While he was looking and deciding what to buy, he got intense. I told him that I would let him know. It lasted a while and he came out rude and told me that he had a camera with anything he had. He hinted to me that I was stealing.

Staff is always nice and helpful but this last trip Jessica offered me a few products that actually helped me feel better over these last few weeks and I can definitely feel the difference. Professional and smart this will continue to be my go to spot.

I always go to this location. The customer service is great Everytime. People there really care about your needs other than just selling a product. Specially last time, karina she came to me and asked me about my goals and based on that recommended a better option of products than the ones I used. She was very nice and attentive! I’m very pleased with all my visits to this gnc ?

We visited this store over Christmas and I’m so glad we did.we were greeted by the hot sales woman who was so lovely.we phoned up before we arrived and our items were ready to collect when we got there.both sales staff were so helpful.excellent customer service.We will visit again when we come over from the uk.Thanks so much guys.

I was waiting at 9:55 for them to open at 10. The guy walks in at 10:02 and then told me I had to give him 5 minutes. Actually your employees should be there before the store opens
