Made an appointment(waste of time) and it took TWO hours to put two tires on my car… no one came to tell me how much longer it would be or even apologize for the long wait. I had to ask them how much longer.. they simply replied “we’re short staffed” I understand that, but at least tell me up front about it..

I’m pissed off with how they treated my daughter. They are very rude terrible customer service. I told her that’s it never return to this place. All the money my entire family spends their hard earned money in this place to be treated like poop and I have receipts to show how much throughout the years my family has spent. I’m disgusted with this place.

Got 2 tires for father's day and wanted to get them installed went first thing when they opened.
No one there but 2 techs. Was told by one of them that they do not install tires that were not bought from their store. Seems funny because I thought they were a tire shop. They should put up signage stating that as to not waste people's time. Guess they make to much money and do not want business so everyone do not go to this location unless you plan on buying tires from them.

Very, very, very poor service and disorganization. On June 5, 2024, I arrived at 12 noon. I had an appointment for that time, which I made the previous day. However, I wasn't attended to until 4:00 PM. Some people arrived at 1:20 PM with a black Dodge Ram and were immediately attended to, perhaps they were acquaintances. At 4:00 PM, when I was finally attended to, I was told that my vehicle needed new tires but there wasn't enough time to install them. I was asked to bring the vehicle the next day at 7:30 AM and it would be ready around 11:30 AM. What madness!... These people must think I don't work or have responsibilities. I needed the vehicle to travel to Georgia the next day and their disastrous service affected my entire trip. I will be reporting this information to Goodyear central.

They are tremendous thieves
I have taken my car 4 times now to have the air conditioning fixed.
and my car keeps blowing hot air and now that I call them they don't want to solve it because they can't access my account and they stole $1600 from me

Went there yesterday with a nail on the tire, guy looked at it and said it was patchable, sent my wife this morning same guy said nope impossible, then proceeded to give her a list of things the car does not need, needless to say to say too my car to a different location and they patched it in 5 minutes. So careful with these guys, untrustworthy business.

I don’t usually make review but I am really disappointed in my experience here. Got an appointment for 7:30 for two tires I brought in myself to be put on plus for a wheel alignment. Waited 2 and a half hours even with the appointment. Was met with this older man trying to pressure me into $1800 worth of repairs which I took a video of him showing me my “faulty” and “incorrect” for struts and other “issues”. I got a second opinion it turns out they either had loosened my struts purposely or knew they could’ve tightened my struts but refused in order to get me to spend $900 on a new pair. He also stated the struts were not correct for my car but they were FCS 335909R which is correct for a 2017 Honda Accord. All of this I have on video proof. Then for the tie rods only one needed to be replaced, they wanted to charge me $600 total or $300 for each side. Then after refusing their additional repairs they kept trying to scare me away from driving my car saying that it’s basically is dangerous and it’s going to collapse and that I should tow it etc. Again because of the struts not being tightened whether they knew it or not. Then they absolutely destroyed my rims with scratches which is the worst thing of all. A shop with tires as their “speciality” but cannot complete jobs without damaging tires in the first place. Then to top it off because my struts were “bad” I could not get an alignment. Which I read another review where they told someone they couldn’t get an alignment without 2 new tires. They seem to do this to many people. Extremely disappointed they are taking an advantage of women plus their lack of quality with other peoples car. I will be contacting their corporate and/or district office as well in the morning. Even if they say they did not know the struts were loose they still told me the parts were not correct for my car which is a blatant lie.

BEST SHOP IN KISSIMMEE WORKS AMAZING PRICES AND MY FREIND BRO HAD HIT A POTHOLE AND DENT HIS RIM AND ONE OF THE TECH THERE HAD BLESSED US WITH HIS MAGIC TOUCH AND FIXED THE DENT ON RIM TO MAKE SURE IT HOLDS AIR FOR A GREAT PRICE ON A SUNDAY AS WELL ! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM !

Bad experience, super high prices, I asked for the price of a simple diagnosis of a noise I had in the front wheel of my truck and they were charging me $170, I went to Mavis Tires & Break, they gave me the Free Diagnosis and at the same time they solved it for me the problem super fast and economical
