I’ve been a long time customer here. Everyone is very friendly and they have the best prices and products. Vale is especially great and professional. If I’m not happy with something she makes sure to fix the issue so that they keep their customer satisfaction up. Vale is the best and this is the best smoke shop in Kissimmee!!!

Best smoke shop, i went a few months ago to get gummy’s for my dad because he can’t sleep. In that day Fabi was working and she was so helpful and a sweetheart. From the start really good vibes at the smoke shop Really big and they have a lot of stuff and really good pricing. Highly recommend.

Love this place they have a huge selection of everything. But I was specifically there for hookah shisha and the selection on just hookah accessories was great compared to other smoke shops. They only carry two brands of shisha, but they have a great selection of both brands. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is just because of they only carrying 2 shisha brands. They have a great gummy selections too. The employee that was there when I went was very helpful and friendly

Best smoke shop in the city! Always great customer service when I walk in and the vibe is exactly what you would expect of a great smoke shop. PLUS they have these awesome stickers available too! Definitely going to keep coming back.

I came here to shop papers. The woman who was working took her time to carefully show me everything they had available in their amazing selection. I ended up buying twice what I needed because of the amazing service. 10/5 would definitely recommend a stop in.

SUPER impressed with this Apothecary (AKA: Smoke shop!). The store itself is clean, beautifully laid-out, organized & WELL STOCKED! Every time I've come here, they have exactly what I need (in multiple options), with knowledgeable staff to help you decide! The prices trump every other shop I've been to. Most jack up the prices really high, forcing me to just order online, but not Cali Smoke Shop! The prices are EXTREMELY competitive & are just as affordable as what you'll find online- only without the shipping & wait time! The staff... Don't even get me started! They're WONDERFUL! Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and so helpful; when you come here, you're treated like a good friend! I'm so happy to have Cali Smoke Shop in my neighborhood... They're literally a 2min drive from my house & there's NO DOUBT I'll be back again & again for all my Apothecary needs! If I could give 10 stars, I would! THANK YOU CALI SMOKE SHOP!!!

I was looking for a new smoke shop close to me since I have moved. Others I have been to says DISCOUNT and let me tell you, they are not. Walked in here and I was blown away by the products and prices. I was assisted by SHELBY and OMG. She was AMAZING!! She answered all my questions and provided awesome recommendations.
