Bought the warranty for my furniture. Had a motor break. First you have to call guardsman. Then a tech comes out. They order the part. Guess what wrong part. Then go through multiple calls to try to show havertys it’s the wrong part. They finally order the correct part and now it’s a month away from reaching them. After I get hopefully the correct part I need to call the guardsman company to schedule a tech to install it. So it will be about 5 months or more to get it fixed. Save your money don’t buy this worthless hassle!!! Use the money for a motor and do it yourself.

Great place to buy furniture from! Carolina did not “rush us at the door”, like so many other places. She really seemed focused on finding what we wanted, within our budget. Quality of furniture at Haverty’s is FAR superior than every other place we looked at. Highly recommend!
