I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time and they were closed. I phoned them first thing the next day they were open and asked if I could come get the vehicle i had rented for 10 days. They said the rental had been cancelled and did not allow me to get the vehicle- they wouldn't have had any time to remove the vehicle from the lot but they said they no longer had a vehicle for me.They refused to refund me any of my money. When I went to another rental location to get a different vehicle the gentlemen behind me was in the exact same situation as I was. I obviously wasn't the only one that was having issues with the company. The worker at the other rental location said she's had lots of people with the same situation come to rent from them due to Hertz not being open when they were supposed to pick up their vehicle.

Worst experience ever! No one was at the Hertz desk when I arrived to pick up my car. Instructions are on desk to call a number, so I did. The man was so rude and unhelpful. He claimed I couldn’t have a reservation because there were no cars available and there was nothing he could do. What a joke!

probably the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had.Mike was so unprofessional and inappropriate, you could tell his younger coworker was extremely uncomfortable.a lot of shady things obviously going on.

I’ve seen so many bad reviews from this location and overcharging customers but I still took the risk of renting from this location because it was the best experience I got when I got there I check in on the app told me to go straight to my car paperwork was inside took picture and videos of damages and off I went got a 2023 Toyota Sienna for a small roadtrip and during return was easy and was charged exactly for what I booked online I will keep coming back to hertz no more enterprise they never have my reserve car

Made a reservation prior to the rental day. Called ahead to assure car availability on rental day. Car was not clean upon pickup. Still had receipts from the previous customer inside. The gas tank was less than a quarter full. Management on site, yet the rental was still allowed to be sent out, in its condition.

On the Expedia, It said to pick up a rental car in the hotel, however, when I get here, no one is there. Then I called the number they provided on the desk, they said they would not send the car to the hotel if you are not the guest in the hotel. Make no sense to whatever it says on the Expedia and agents from Hertz

Amazing service at this location! Have rented from this location multiple times and staff is always very friendly and polite. More recently had a unique issue with a rental and Michael was very, patient, knowledgeable, flexible and solution-oriented in helping me out. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.

Picked up my car here. They were fast, helpful, and I left with exactly the car that I expected to have. They went through my options with me too re: fuel charges, pay-by-plate, etc. Return (different location) was also simple. My bill was what I expected it to be. Great experience, would recommend.

Worst of the worst. Reserved for large sedan and received a compact sedan while there’s many cars parked in lot and they won’t upgrade for president circle status.CarPlay didn’t work. Attitude from the workers were terrible. Didn’t want to help us at all and they don’t care about their customers. Would give 0 star if it was a choice. Avoid!!!!!

I never used Hertz as a rental before and honestly, I think the rate is slightly better than enterprise. Was suppose to get a Mazda 3 but they upgraded me to Rav4 instead with the same rate. Customer service was great and the transaction was smooth. Pick up and drop off was smooth and easy! Thanks again to the gentlemen who helped me! Wish I got your name. (faded on side, curly short hair on top, and wore glasses)

Horrible service Picked up a car that smelled like curry. Needed a bottle of febreze to make it bearable The first car we were originally going to take had mechanical issues and they wanted us to take it anywayThis place did not have good quality care.

I usually don't write any feedback, but this experience was extremely bad. I got a minivan booked for 1 day by Saturday at noon. When I arrived check-out was kind of smooth, but when I got into the vehicle I noticed the A/C was not working at all. I immediately told the employee and the manager, and they gave me the impression they already knew. They started giving me some excuses about the vehicle being under the sun, so the A/C would catch up eventually (which it never did). The manager was not helpful at all, he basically told me to take it or leave it (Despite being a Five Star member). They were about to close, so they didn't seem to care. Their excuse for not giving me another car was that everything was booked for next Monday. The only solution they gave me was to head to the airport location and swap the car, which would imply losing more than an hour of my time. Later I found out that the transmission was not working as well. Every time the automatic gear switched up or down, it would make a noise and the car would bump, which had me really concerned, especially on the highway. Overall, avoid this location and take your business somewhere else.

I don’t normally leave reviews this detail but this was the worse experience I ever encounter as consumer in any establishment. I will give the short version. I also left a review on other platforms sharing my concerns and warning others to not patronize this location. These two agents at this Hertz location need extensive training in customer service and problem solving! They argue with me telling me they don’t have my reservation in the system and that there was no cars available anyway. I was so confused, and I tried to explained to them that I had multiple reservations that were made before today I canceled the one I didn’t need but kept the reservation for the minivan. By this time they were so irritated one of them waved his hand at me and walked off to back office and left the other guy name Caesar who is supposed to be a manager trainee. This guy told me you seem have a problem and accused me being difficult and that he’s no longer is going to help me. He then stood up, yelled at me and pointed to the door and told me to leave. I told him i’m not leaving and to given his name. He refused to give me his name and I then requested for a manager. He then quickly changed his mind and looked in a drawer for his business card and handled it to me. He was yelling so loud at me the manager came out of the back office and attempted to calm him down get between him and I. The Manager Aldriano had to raise his voice at agent forcefully push him in the back office slam the door to keep him away from me because he was aggressor. Simply put I was embarrassed, insulted and disrespected to the utmost where I almost got physically assaulted. I apologize for the long review but I wanted to provide content to my 1 star rating/review! Please avoid this location at all cost!
