Website doesn't tell you what's in stock or where in the store something is located. Walked entire store twice because i thought i knew where my item would be. Zero associates to help on the side of store I thought it would be in and was, just didn't see. Ended up they didn't have the specific item at all. 2 years later why do I still come here? The person with the red lanyard was supposed to be able to help me. She was rude and seemed like I was a bother.

When to Hobby Lobby to purchase some Christmas items. Got a puzzle for a family member .60% off clearly marked on the display of puzzles. Took the one checked out. Looked at my sales slip was charged full price. Returned to store was told" OH, it's full price must have been on wrong area No "ok we 'll honor it". No so sorry for the inconvenience ". THANK GOD ,YOUR A CHRISTIAN STORE !!!!!!

I walked in with very specific things I needed. They were in stick and I found them quickly but the lines were Way too long and there were 4 associates just Standing by the front door, not helping on registers, not greeting people...Just chatting about non work related things. Sorry Hobby Lobby you lost my business today.

A huge store, I spent two hours choosing and it didn't accept ApplePay, unbelievable, 2024 even DollarTree accepts ApplePay, I ran to withdraw money and came back and couldn't get the things, people were very cold with my desperation. If you can, buy somewhere else.

Made to feel like an annoyance at Hobby Lobby. I went to get something framed for the first time in my life, and the lady who helped me and framed my pieces was amazing - very kind. However, I had to interact with a gentleman, who I don't believe was even related to the framing department, several times. When I came back after getting my pieces framed, I wanted something changed that I didn't know would be an issue because I've never done this before. I had to interact with him again, and I was made to feel very much like a burden. When I just came to pick them up again and had him grab them for me, he asked, "You again?" followed by "You going to like them this time?" Extremely rude, and I felt very bad for even coming back. If you are getting something framed, go to a different Hobby Lobby.

I made 3 trips in 2 days. First to get a quote for reframing 2 pictures. Then after deciding I liked its quote better than Brand X I went back to place the order. Then I went the next day to pick up the finished work. I liked browsing the rest of the store with my daughter, even though I knew she did not agree with the store owners' beliefs.

It is a highly recommended place, also suggested for developing creative ideas in your daily work or hobby. It is literally a place where I get material effects, some of which are very expensive, compared to what can be found on the Web, something normal in local sites for taxes, but always They are of high quality and if you have any problem with the item they will always help you
