I’ve been doing my taxes with H&R Block since last year, and it has been an excellent experience. Manny, in particular, has been outstanding! His knowledge, professionalism, and patience are truly remarkable. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done accurately and efficiently. The entire team is fantastic with young children, making the process stress-free even if you have little ones with you. Highly recommend!

I tried to do my taxes, no luck, I went in person twice, one of it with Manny, and the lack of responses by e-mail made me feel ignored. I do not recommend.

Terrible... we appeared to owe, we paid and then when we went to actual accountants this past year we were owed over $10k BACK!!! Actual accountant wasn't much more $$ than H&R.... sorry we ever wasted our time.

I tried for three days to get my taxes sent to me to be reviewed before they were sent in. Unfortunately I was in the ER and couldn't go into the building. No matter how many times I called to verify my email I never got my taxes sent to me. They finally just pushed them through at 10pm on the 15th. Then at 2am on the 16th I get a surgery from HR Block if I was satisfied with my service! How xan you email me a satisfaction survey but not my taxes? Then charge me $400 no problem. Something not right there. And I'll have someone else doing my taxes next year!
