We are filing our business taxes for the first time. We have been using TurboTax before starting a business. When we called to schedule an appointment, they told us we would pay 10% less than last year since we switch to Jackson Hewitt. Last year we paid $90. At no time during the call, or before the taxes were started were we told that didn’t apply to self employment. So, we were expecting to pay $81, but ended up paying $400. When we called, we did explain this was a new business and they still told us we would receive the 10% discount. Very disappointed in their lack of proper communication .

My tax preparer Tomas explained everything step by step.helped me understand my deductions and was careful with inputting my info correctly. Made me comfortable enough to come back next year and recommend my friends to come. Tomas deserves a raise for sure.see u next year my new found friend
