Jiffy Lube offers great customer service, work you can trust, and never leave feeling like you paid out enough money for the purchase of a new car. These guys take good care or your car and their customers. It makes repeat visits a no-brainer.

Staff was confusing about a Groupon we had FOR THIS LOCATION. Then took forever to get the two cars in front of us complete. Staff was just standing around and only using 2 bay doors, not all three to at least have one prepping. Very disappointed

I live by sea world and traffic wise going to Conroy or OBT is easier. But i have to say the customer service here is top tier. It makes the drive worth it. Everyone is kind, informative and all around genuinely nice people. I had the pleasure of interacting with Janet and I wish I would have caught the gentleman’s name! 10/10 recommend

Came in with a coupon of 26.00 and still paid 106.00 for oil change the highest price ever paid. It’s a rip off and would never recommend this business to my worst enemy. Not customer friendly and should take your business elsewhere.
