We toured the facility around May of last year. We were moving to the area and our son wasn't one year old yet. After we moved in July, I went in with the application and I was told they were at capacity for one year olds. They told me to keep the application and they got my contact information, my son's name and date of birth. I have called two times since then and the person I spoke with confirmed that he was on the list but that there were students ahead of him. Today (1/10/2024), I called and spoke with Ms. Jesse and my name and my son's name was no where to be found on the waitlist. I am not sure what is going on there, but it seems very unorganized.

Removed my child from here because I found out Ms. Evie was giving my child melatonin for nap time. My child was also coming home smelling like the melatonin lotion multiple times. Betty is also HIGHLY unprofessional. Talks to you very rude.

Rude! If they speak in a rude manner with adults I can only imagine how they speak to the kids.

I went there today 4/28/2023 for a tour for my son to see how I would like the place. The lady’s at the front desk were very nice and greeted but when it was time for the tour the director Betty came out already with an attitude asking why the lady who was touring me was giving me the tour then rudely asked if I didn’t speak English which I responded “ I speak perfect English thank you “ as the conversation continued she looked at my son who was in his stroller and ask again rudely “ can he not walk “ again I responded “ yes my son can walk but for respectful reason I have him in his stroller so he doesn’t interrupt other kids learning because he loves to play “ I explained to her my son is on the spectrum with autism and is speech delayed due to a very intense surgery he had at a young age but he signs. She then proceeds to say “ we do not have anyone here to help your child with disabilities and no one here can sign and no one will be able to take the time out of there day to sit one on one with him “ so I then ask “do you guys not have children here on the spectrum you deal with ? “ she answers “No and if we do it’s not till later we find out when the parents didn’t tell us they were and we have to write them up to the point where they get withdrawn” after this conversation it left a very bad taste in my mouth on how a daycare that can afford private soccer and soft ball time through a company but has no instructors that can help or deal with children on the spectrum or any disabilities in that case nor have anyone that can sign. That was by far the worse experience I had and I suggest any mommy’s who deals with what I deal with to not even WASTE YOUR TIME with them. Betty was highly rude and shouldn’t even be working there as a director and from what I was told from a friend who worked there when her child was involved they miss treated her son who was only 6 months old to the point she left her class grabbed her son and left and never looked back

To begin with no parent ever thinks of taking personal time (which takes dedication) and takes the time to be financially stable to finally take their child to what was sold to you as a "school" for it to end up being a daycare. For starters we were paying $223.00 (with whatever CC fees included) a week for our 3 year old to attend pre-school. We had a tour of the premises a year prior with Rose (she resigned the month our daughter started) who explained what the curriculum was, showed us the classrooms and overall it seemed too good to be true....and boy was it. A year later we decided we would try placing our daughter here because we were (with traffic and all) 6 minutes away from Kids R Kids. When she first started we were allowed to go in to the classroom (which no school had ever allowed since the pandemic so this was a nice change) and it was allowed on Monday's which is nice since it's the beginning of the week and what not. The first teacher she had was a total sweetheart (Miss Angie) she explained that she was in charge of the babies but that now she would be in the 3-5 y/o classroom. But, we then noticed there was another teacher. Which is when our daughter's demeanor changed completely. My daughter told us every day how she didn't like the school and we chucked it up to be because it was new and she didn't know anyone. She would come home telling us that they would watch videos on an iPad about super random things, that they never did arts and crafts, that they never really had circle time or learned anything. She came to me once telling me how her teacher was really mean and how she puts her friends in timeout and tells them that because they are now in timeout she won't be giving them their afternoon snack (seriously?). Again we thought she was being a little extra, but soon we saw it for ourselves. One day I called the school and asked to speak with the program director and I told her that my daughter was super bored in her class (Room Number 400 Pre-School). That I would do the quests books with her here after school and her answer to me was, "Well we are currently experiencing a shortage of teachers since not a lot of teachers want to work with small kids. We also had another teacher for this classroom that quit and went somewhere where they offered her better pay (why would she even tell a parent this! So unprofessional). At one point we thought we might have to close the program for that age group. The person who was supposed to be the teacher for that classroom also failed her final exams and she is to re-take them in September, so then, we can place her in the classroom. I hope you understand we aren't raising Einstein's here we are simply following the Florida guide according to their level". THAT ALONE HAD ME FURIOUS. A week later, I log in to see the cameras and when I log in I see it is lunchtime. I noticed a child threw away his plate in the trash can which had no trash bag. At this point the teacher notices the child does this and grabs the trash can and flips it over throwing all of the trash on the floor. She grabs the paper-towels and has the child clean this up. As a parent I'm freaking out because I know this is not acceptable. Immediately, I called the school and complained about this. I asked that someone would please call me back but of course no one did. Both my husband and I decided to go to the school and speak directly with the program/school director. She met with us and informed us that the time stamp I gave her for when this incident happened coincidently is "missing". That this is not normal behavior and began to tell my husband and me that she didn't know if the 19 year old teacher was acting this way because of what she might be exposed to at her house and that she couldn't really fire her because of the shortage in personnel they had. That all she could do is rehabilitate her (as if this was a prison) and make sure she's not alone with the children until she is properly trained. Both my h

I was so excited when this place was being built. I waited a bit to enroll my daughter but i absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice, caring, and kind. My daughter has grown so much since attending and I adore her teachers. Juliana and Karen are awesome to talk with and it shows their dedication to making sure the kids are thriving. I have nothing but high praises for Kids R Kids Bellalago.

My son started attending KRK Bellalago at 11 months and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone truly cares for him and its shows which makes it so much easier for us to go back to work. All the teachers thus far are excellent! Safety of children has always been top priority for the teachers and staff.Thank you for being part of our family!I highly recommend to other families!

As a resident of Bellalago and also a new parent carefully choosing a program to place my child in , I anxiously awaited the opening of this academy and was looking forward to my child attending this new program especially since it was so close to my home. My child attended this program for almost a year. Unfortunately I must inform anyone looking into this program about how disgusted I am by the lack of knowledge and straight disrespectful experience I had with the directors. I was unaware that the assistant director is also a child psychiatrist or clinician capable of diagnosing children who have on alleged tantrum ! When I asked what happened I was told my child had some difficulty getting toilet paper off the roll and didn’t like where she was told to sit during lunch so she cried and would not say why. She went on to tell me how children at 3 years old can write their name and know geometric shapes. I responded by explaining to her that my child does all of these things as well and asked what difference did it make and what relevance it had in this situation. Knowing that I am teacher this assistant qnt director requested for me to write up suggestions for her teachers and personally email them to her. On May 16th I emailed the owner and have not heard back from anyone. The staff overall seems to be untrained, unwilling, or incapable of appropriately handling the children and communicating professionally with parents/customers. I don’t understand why administration does not feel the need or even care to apologize, or at least respond to my request for pictures, artwork, refund, clothing, etc. that belong to my daughter which was left behind when we were so kindly asked not to come back.

Many reports of beatings without reasonable explanation, and when he complained why all the teachers say different versions, the care is brutal but the teachers are not professionals...

Kids ‘R’ Kids Bellalago has provided such a unique experience for my daughter and I since they have opened. This is our first week at the facility, but I was fascinated before they actually opened! I am excited that my child will be able to learn and grow over the summer and the upczoning school year, and I am confident in the safety of my child. The faculty and staff are very friendly, welcoming everyone with warm smiles and friendly hello’s. My child is extremely shy, so to see her on her second day completely open up and excited to return makes me extremely happy. If you are looking for a place for your child to be safe, grow, learn, and have fun, you have come to the right place!

I am so glad this facility opened up near Poinciana. I was skeptical and worried about sending my son to daycare. But Kids R Kids built my confidence and trust with their Watch Me Grow live cameras, pictures of my son throughout the day and daily reports on what he ate, diaper changes, and other activities. The teachers are great, concerning, they listen to kids and parents and even teach at young age.

I watched with my own eyes how this beautiful school was built. I was pleased to meet the staff and see how it’s a reflection in and out. I have both of my daughters enrolled here, and I am so happy that I am able to see them via WarchmeGrow. The ladies that care for them are patient, loving and welcoming.. qualities I appreciate.
