My wife and I own a 2015 BMW X1 XDRIVE 35I with a N55 engine and decided to take it to kingkoupe, a trusted mechanic, for an inspection and maintenance work including a Valve cover that was leaking From the moment I met JJ, he displayed exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Outstanding is the word that comes to mind. I took my 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman S to them which had been sitting for a couple of years and needed work. I had a lot of after market engine parts and the engine itself needed work done to get it running correctly. JJ and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable, they explained everything and kept me in the loop and the price was amazing. They did a great job. I drove the car to Texas immediately after picking it up, 20 hour drive and it made it without any problem. These guys are great at what they do. Thanks

I can't say enough positives about JJ and the service that he and his team provided. My BMW 328D has had an oil leak for ~ 9 months. It has been looked at by 3 other service providers and not one of them successfully discovered the leak's source. JJ not only successfully identified and repaired the leak but took pictures and videos along the way keeping me informed of his findings and repair steps. The oil leak had created such a mess and he meticulously cleaned the car's engine, pad, etc. He and his team are very professional, personable, prompt, and concerned about their clients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KingKoupe for your next car maintenance and/or repair.

Great service and pricing compared to other shops. Why go to BMW for any work when you have these guys around? Definitely going to keep going to them as they take care of you and keep you posted on the work bro my done on your car. Friendly and clean environment with snacks and drinks too lol. Make an appointment and they jump right on it as soon as you get there. Zero complaints for my new found BMW maintenance home. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best and most reasonably priced repair shop for my BMW and Mini. JAY saved me thousands on the repair work needed compared to what the dealership wanted for the same work. To say they are thorough is not only an understatement, but in the area of car repair, where trust can be notoriously questionable, they document EVERY single step of their process with my M3, and explain things in concise, clear language.
